  • We prepare the components. Separate the yolks from the proteins. We only need yolks. We heat boiled condensed milk in a saucepan to become more liquid.
  • We create the future of ice cream. Add the yolks to the warm, but not hot, condensed milk, mix with a whisk, make sure that there are no lumps, and the mass is homogeneous. Then we put all this on low heat and pour out the cream, stirring constantly.
  • The final stage. Add grated chocolate to the cooled mixture, mix again at the end and pour everything into molds. We send the molds to the freezer for several hours.

Advice: this dessert needs to be prepared in advance, preferably on New Year's Eve. And choose the molds according to the theme of the holiday - in the form of dog faces, paw prints or bones.

  • the presence on the table of the heroine of the holiday in any modification: in the form of a cute figurine of a lop-eared puppy or his "photograph" on a plate with salad;
