Note that rice flour will not greatly alter the flavor of the dish. Of course, the casserole will remain with the same delicate curd taste. But the fundamental difference is that rice flour does not contain gluten, a food component to which people can be allergic or intolerant.

With whole grain flour

Whole grain flour is considered the most useful type of carbohydrate of its type, therefore, taking care of their health, many people replace premium wheat flour with a whole grain analogue. The end result, of course, will not be affected. A casserole with this kind of flour will be just as tasty, but even more healthy.

However, everyone's favorite pastries (donuts, cakes) do not turn out to be as lush if they are cooked on whole grain flour... However, taste and form can sometimes be sacrificed for health.

With oat flour

Oatmeal casserole is a healthy and nutritious dish that is in no way inferior in taste to a dessert with a traditional set of ingredients. The dish will not suffer from this at all, but it will be more useful.

You can pre-fill oat flour cream or low-fat sour cream, as is the case with semolina. After a while, the cereal will swell and will be in perfect condition for making a casserole. You can choose another strategy - detail dry cereals in a blender until flour and add them to the curd mass instead of wheat flour.

2. Add butter to the dessert, with it the casserole will cook faster.

3. After cooking, the baked goods should be infused directly in microwave oven, because after stopping the program, the baking process is still in progress.

4. Take round shapes. They have no edges, so the dessert won't dry out in the corners.

5. Don't add a lot of sugar. Better then sprinkle the product icing sugar- it will be no less tasty, nutritious and the dough will rise well!
