Another unpleasant news, this time for fast food lovers. Given the specifics of the name of a common dish, there is no place for various hot dogs and its analogues on the New Year's table. It is clear that the sausage in the bun has nothing to do with the hostess of the holiday.

It is believed that dogs do not like horses, which means that it is better to abstain from horse meat in all its manifestations: horse sausage, pates, slices and so on. Although this is a rather controversial point.

Zatoki Feng Shui argue that, regardless of the owner or mistress of the year, there should be no place for broken noodles on the New Year's table. It is assumed that the length pasta symbolizes health and longevity.

And one more important anti-recommendation, which, in my opinion, can upset many - dogs do not like drunk people. For this reason, the New Year's feast should not be dominated by alcoholic beverages. Preference should be given to juices, kvass, soda, and so on.

French meat

This dish has long been appreciated by our compatriots for its soft, spicy and delicate taste... In addition, you do not need any sophisticated and expensive products. Below is a list of the ingredients required for this dish:

Pork - 1 kg;
Champignons - 1 kg;
Cheese hard varieties- 100 g;
Sar Adyghe - 100 g;
Red tomatoes - 2 medium pieces;
Salt, mustard, spices, pepper, vegetable oil.

Cooking method. Mushrooms must be chopped, then placed in a pan and fried in sunflower oil. The onion should be cut into thin half rings and added to a roasting bowl with mushrooms.

Fry the mushrooms and onions until the water has evaporated from the pan. Then they should be laid out on a plate and cooled slightly. The cheese is rubbed on a coarse grater and set aside for now.

The meat is cut into flat slices, about 2 centimeters thick, after which it should be beaten off with a kitchen hammer. To keep the kitchen intact, it is better to pre-cover the product with cling film.

After that, tomatoes cut into slices are added to the meat slices, thickly covered with cheese of both varieties and the baking sheet is placed in the oven for about 35 minutes, after which a simple and very tasty French-style meat dish will be completely ready.

Seafood salad

Delicious and healthy dish, for the preparation of which you will need the following ingredients:

Squids - 0.4 kg;
Eggs - 6 pieces;
Salted cucumbers- 0.4 kg;
Crab sticks - 0.2 kg;
Canned peas- 1 bank;
Mayonnaise - 1 can;
Potatoes - 8 medium pieces;
Sturgeon caviar (imitation) - 2 packs.

Boil squids in lightly salted water. Just not for long, otherwise they will become rough and "rubbery". Then they should be cooled and finely chopped and mixed with peas.

Boil the potatoes, cool and chop, add finely chopped eggs (as for Olivier) and crab sticks, as well as chopped or coarsely grated cucumbers.

The dish is dressed with mayonnaise, the amount of which is quite variable and depends on taste preferences. At the end, the salad is decorated with imitation of sturgeon caviar.
