Better to take light, salad mayonnaise, with a lower calorie content. A dressing that is half sour cream is also suitable for a salad, then the dish turns out to be even tastier. We need such products: rice, canned fish "Sardines in oil", chicken eggs, onions, vinegar, sugar, salt, water, mayonnaise. Pickle the onions. Cut the onion into thin rings and place in a separate salad bowl. Add boiling water to the onion, and then vinegar and a little sugar. Marinate the onion for about 20 minutes.

Boil the rice, rinse and let cool. Put the boiled cereals in a salad bowl.

Mash canned fish ("Sardines" or "Saury in oil") with a fork, add to the boiled and cooled rice.

Put the pickled onions in the salad.

Remove the shell from the boiled eggs and chop into cubes.

Pour low-fat mayonnaise into the salad, then add salt and pepper to taste. Mix.
