Ingredients:

  • 6 boiled eggs.
  • 5 raw potatoes.
  • 2 fresh cucumbers.
  • 300 g of boiled chicken meat.
  • 200 g mayonnaise.
  • Lean oil for frying.
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped greens.

Preparation:

Cut two fresh cucumbers into cubes. Grind the chicken into cubes. We divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Rub the proteins with a grater. Raw potatoes cut into strips and fry until cooked on vegetable oil... Chop the onion finely.

In a salad bowl we combine cucumbers, chicken meat, egg whites, 1/3 frequent fried potatoes, onion. Salt and pepper the products, pour with mayonnaise and mix.

Cover the bottom of the bowl cling film and lay out all the contents of the salad bowl. We tamp it well and close it tightly with a film on top.

Grind the remaining yolks with a fork, mix with a teaspoon of chopped greens. Mix the mass and make neat balls. Carefully remove the salad in a bowl on a flat plate, sprinkle with herbs on top and the rest fried potatoes... We put our "testicles" from the yolks on top.

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Three eggs: yolks - finely grated, whites - coarse. Chop the cucumbers into cubes. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. We put all the ingredients in layers, smearing each with mayonnaise. The sequence of the formation of the salad: meat, yolks, cucumbers, cheese, proteins. Sweetish prunes give a special piquancy to an already delicious salad. The composition of the dish is inexpensive and ordinary. The recipe is below.

  • 300 g of chicken meat.
  • 1 pc. onions and carrots.
  • 3 boiled eggs.
  • 420 g green peas.
  • 200 g of pickled cucumbers.
  • 100 g of prunes.
  • 200 g mayonnaise.
  • Marinade for onions:
  • 10 g sugar.
  • 5 g of salt.
  • 40 ml vinegar, water.

Preparation:

First, marinate finely chopped onions. To do this, mix salt, sugar, vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water. Fill the vegetable with marinade and leave for a few minutes.

Boil the chicken flesh and cut into cubes. We do the same with cucumbers. Eggs, boiled carrots, three. Grind the presoaked prunes into small slices.

Lay out the salad in layers in the sequence: chicken meat, pickled cucumbers, onions, eggs, carrots, green peas, prunes freed from the marinade. We coat all layers with mayonnaise. Decorate the salad with herbs on top.

  • Cheese - 150 g.
  • Boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise - 200 g.

Preparation:

The salad is stacked in layers. To make it tasty, choose a salad bowl of medium depth and evenly distribute each new layer over the surface.

Finely chop the onion, fry in sunflower oil to a pleasant golden color. Drain the brine from the jar with chopped champignons, fry the mushrooms separately from the onions for literally 5 minutes. You can add a little salt if the canned food is fresh. We mix our mushrooms with onions, put them in a salad bowl evenly, in the first layer and thoroughly coat with mayonnaise on top.

Cut the pre-cooked and cooled chicken breast into small cubes. We spread it with the next layer. Lubricate with mayonnaise, we do not regret that it does not turn out dry.

Three cucumbers on a medium grater or on one that is slightly less than medium. But the garlic is already on the smallest line. Add mayonnaise, mix it all together, and then put it in a salad bowl in the third layer.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater and distribute evenly over the surface of the salad. Before serving, three small eggs, sprinkle on top.

This salad can be additionally decorated with figures of cucumber and tomato, fresh herbs, green peas, or in any way that your imagination suggests.

This dish is a great option for a festive table and frequent consumption. Prepares quickly and easily.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g boiled chicken fillet
  • 300 g of pickled cucumbers.
  • 180 g mayonnaise.
  • Three boiled eggs.
  • 420 g green peas.
  • 300 g of boiled potatoes.

Preparation:

Pass all the boiled components through a mesh or cut into cubes. Transfer to a salad bowl, add peas, pickled cucumber straws and mayonnaise. Mix everything and put in the refrigerator to infuse.

We will use white chicken meat for the salad. You can take fresh chilled chicken fillet, frozen. Rinse the meat in running water. Dip in a saucepan. Add a little salt, bay leaf and pepper mixture. Pour water to coat the meat and put it on fire. Cook for 25-30 minutes over low heat. Then remove from the broth and cool.

In the meantime, let's prepare the rest of the products. Red cabbage cut into thin strips. Place in a deep bowl. Add a pinch of salt and remember lightly to soften the kale.


Rinse and dry the green onions. Chop not very finely, add to the cabbage.


Rinse fresh cucumbers, pat dry with a napkin. Cut into large slices. Add to a salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients.


Boil chicken eggs, cool, peel, cut into medium pieces. Send to salad bowl.


Cut the cooled chicken into large pieces. Add to the rest of the food.


Pour canned peas, before draining the liquid.


Now let's prepare the dressing. Add granular mustard, soy sauce to sour cream of any fat content and mix well.


Season the chicken breast cucumber salad with cooked sour cream sauce... Season with salt and ground black pepper. Stir.


Salad with chicken and fresh cucumber is ready. Can be served with a homemade meal.
