Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 100 g.
  • Squids - 100 g.
  • Crab sticks - 100 g.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Champignons - 200 g.
  • Green onions - 30 g.
  • Canned pineapple - 1 can (small)
  • Red caviar - 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise - 300 g.

Cooking method

  • Step 1 Boil eggs, cool, peel and cut into small cubes.
  • Step 2 Boil shrimps and squids (3 minutes in boiling water), peel and cut into cubes.
  • Step 3 Also cut the crab sticks into cubes.
  • Step 4 Fry the mushrooms over high heat, chop finely.

Ingredients for 8 servings: frozen seafood cocktail (750 g), can of canned (in small pieces) pineapples, boiled egg (5 pcs), soft cream cheese (250 g), green lettuce (1 bunch), dill and basil (each half a bunch), freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 table. l.), mayonnaise, salt.

Peel the eggs, cut into quarters.

Put frozen seafood (mussels, shrimps, rapana, etc.) in a saucepan with boiling water. Pour in salt to taste, wait for a good bubbling and, reducing the heat to moderate, boil the ingredients for 5 minutes.

Throw seafood in a colander, cool.

Drain the juice from the pineapples. Mash the cheese with a fork (if too soft), the harder varieties will have to be grated.

Cover an elegant dish with lettuce leaves (they must first be sorted out, washed and dried), put a layer of pineapples on top. Then half of the cheese and seafood, drizzled with lemon juice. The next layer is the remainder of the cheese mixed with five tablespoons of olive mayonnaise.

On top and on the sides of the finished salad, distribute the slices of eggs, sprinkle the holiday treat with chopped herbs. Refrigerate for 60 minutes before serving.

Tip: this New Year's salad will turn out to be more tender if you smear each layer with mayonnaise. If desired, spread out in portions and garnish with red caviar.

Ingredient List

  • seafood cocktail - 500 g
  • canned pineapples - 150-200 g
  • hard cheese - 200 g
  • fresh cucumbers - 1-2 pieces
  • cherry tomatoes - 5-6 pieces
  • mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. spoons
  • mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon - 1 piece
  • green lettuce leaves - 200-300 g
  • bay leaf - to taste
  • salt to taste

Cooking method

Place the seafood cocktail in a pot of boiling water. Add salt and bay leaves.

Heat to a boil and drain in a colander.

Wash and dry green lettuce leaves and cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers and lettuce into strips.

Cut canned pineapples into the same strips. Wash, dry and cut the tomatoes into halves.

Grate hard cheese.

Beat mayonnaise and mustard and mix with lemon juice.

Put all prepared ingredients in a salad bowl. Add cooked sauce and stir.

Seafood salad with pineapple is ready!

400 g fresh pineapple
200 g shrimp
200 g squid

4 hard-boiled eggs
150 g of hard grated cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Recipe:

Pineapples 3 pcs.
Royal shrimps 500g
Sea scallops 500g

Almond liqueur 30 ml

Seafood salad with pineapple recipe.

We will need any seafood: shrimp, squid, octopus, you can just use a seafood mixture that is sold in hypermarkets. I had squid on hand.

We wash seafood well and remove all unnecessary from them.

Cut the seafood into pieces and fry in a pan, adding pepper, salt, some tomatoes or just ketchup as a seasoning.

Chill the seafood after frying. First, let them stand a little on the table, then put them in the refrigerator for a while.

Step 1: prepare the shrimp.

First of all, turn on the stove temperature to a high level, put a medium saucepan on the burner, pour water, salt and bring it to a boil. In the meantime, the liquid boils, prepare the shrimp. Whether frozen or not, they need to be rinsed. So, put the shrimp in a colander, rinse it under running warm water and put it in boiling water. After the water boils again, cover the pan with a lid and cook small shrimps. 6 - 7 minutes large about 10 minutes.


Pour the finished shrimp into a colander and leave to cool for a few minutes. Then we cleanse of the shell, head, legs and tail. Put the peeled meat on a plate, if necessary, it can be cut into 2 - 3 parts.

Step 2: prepare the eggs.



Next, put the eggs in a small saucepan, fill with water and put on the burner. We turn on the temperature of the stove to a high level, bring it to a boil, reduce the temperature and cook the eggs 7 - 10 minutes... After that, carefully drain the water and pour in the cold one.


When the eggs have cooled down, peel them from the shell, put them on a cutting board and cut them into cubes, strips or into pieces of any shape. Put the crushed eggs in a separate plate.

Step 3: slice pineapples.



Drain the juice from canned pineapples and cut the fruit rings into cubes on a cutting board. Put the chopped pineapples on a plate.

Step 4: prepare the cheese.



You can use your favorite cheese for this recipe, but preferably hard varieties. So, we rub it on a coarse grater or cut it into cubes up to 1 centimeter in size. Put the prepared cheese in a separate plate.

Step 5: chop the parsley.



Rinse the parsley under running water, shake it from the liquid and place it on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, chop the herbs and put them in a deep bowl or salad bowl.

Step 6: season the salad.



Add shrimp, eggs, cheese, pineapple, salt to taste to the parsley and mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon. Then we season the salad with mayonnaise, lemon juice and you can serve our dish.

Step 7: Serve the shrimp and pineapple salad.



After you have seasoned the salad, we immediately serve it to the table. For a more effective serving, the salad can be garnished with parsley sprigs or lemon wedges. A French baguette or cheese buns can be used as a complement.
