  • apple - 1 pc.
  • pecans (you can substitute any others) - ½ cup
  • Apple vinegar- 2 tbsp. l.
  • coriander, salt, pepper, turmeric - to taste
  • maple syrup(can be replaced with balsamic cream) - 1 tbsp. l.

To decorate the salad from a slice white bread cut out a star with a knife or mold. Fry the bread in vegetable oil and leave to cool.

We ourselves proceed directly to the salad. All ingredients are fresh, without heat treatment.

Cut beet or cabbage leaves into thin strips. We cut the grapes in half, onions, tangerines and an apple into cubes. Finely chop the nuts.

Prepare the dressing by mixing apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and spices in a bowl. You can add turmeric at your discretion, not everyone likes it in a salad, nevertheless, it gives this dish a special aroma.

In a large flat salad bowl, mix all the ingredients, season with the sauce. We put the salad in a slide, put an asterisk on top and sprinkle with pomegranate nucleoli.

French salad of oranges and avocado

Another easy salad to prepare and for the body without mayonnaise with a delicious honey sauce.

Ingredients:

  • lettuce leaves - 300 gr.
  • orange - 1 pc.
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • roasted almonds (can be substituted with other nuts) - ½ cup
  • onions - ½ pc.

For refueling:

  • honey - 1 tbsp. l.
  • vegetable oil - ½ cup
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • vinegar- 4 tbsp. l.
  • pepper

Disassemble the orange into slices, and cut the slices across into thin slices. Cut the avocado into thin slices, the onion into thin half rings. Put lettuce leaves, slices of avocado, orange and onion in a salad bowl. Prepare the dressing - combine honey, vegetable oil, salt, wine vinegar, add ground pepper and stir well. Drizzle the dressing over the salad before serving.

Beautiful salad with beets and mozzarella

In my piggy bank there are exclusive salads that are very simple to prepare and at the same time surprise guests because of their novelty.

Such a salad with beets is unusually simple, but at the same time beautiful and, I think, is suitable for a festive table.

Ingredients:

  • beets - 2 pcs.
  • mozzarella - 100 gr.
  • mint - 3 sprigs
  • balsamic cream - to taste (can be replaced with lemon juice and honey sauce).

You can bake whole beets, wrapped in foil, or you can immediately cut into circles on a baking sheet to speed up the process. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Then cool the beets and put on a plate. Arrange the mozzarella circles at random on a plate. Decorate with fresh mint leaves on top and pour over the balsamic cream.

Original salad with avocado, spinach, almonds and poppy seeds

Ingredients:

  • spinach leaves - 200 gr.
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • cheese with white mold - 70 gr.
  • sour cream (can be replaced with yogurt) - 3 tbsp. l.
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves
  • poppy - 1 -2 tsp.
  • almonds - 50 gr.
  • butter - 1 tbsp l.
  • sugar - 1 tsp

Put the spinach leaves in a salad bowl. Cut the avocado and cheese into cubes and arrange them randomly in a salad bowl.

Prepare the dressing: mix sour cream or yogurt with mayonnaise, add garlic crushed under the press, add poppy seeds.

When I prepared this salad for the first time, I doubted that garlic and poppy would be combined. But I can assure you that it turns out quite spicy.

We get thick sauce and since we do not mix the salad, we simply put it on the salad bowl at random.

And the last accent with nuts. Heat butter in a frying pan, add sugar. When the sugar dissolves, add the almonds and fry them a little until golden brown.

Decorate our salad with cooled nuts.

As you can see, preparing holiday salads is not difficult at all and does not take long. The main thing is to stock up on the recipes you like and the right ingredients.
