Pickled mushrooms - 150 g

Homemade mayonnaise - 100-150 g

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Carnation (for decoration) - 6 pcs.

Sausage or meat (for garnish) - 1 slice

Dill (for decoration, optional) - 2-3 branches

Preparation:

1. Pre-boil potatoes, carrots and eggs, cool. The amount of vegetables depends on the size of the salad you are going to cook, but it is better to have some vegetables left than not enough during the cooking process.

2. Peel vegetables, eggs from shells.

3. Finely chop the smoked chicken and marinated mushrooms (leave 2-3 mushrooms intact for garnish).

If there are no mushrooms, you can replace them with cucumbers, fresh or pickled. If you use fresh cucumbers, be sure to scrape off the seeds with a sharp-nosed teaspoon, otherwise the cucumbers will release water and the salad will become wet.

4. Potatoes, carrots and eggs should be grated. Grate the white and yolk separately.

On a dish for serving a festive salad, put the potatoes in the first layer, forming ears and a dog's face from it.

5. Lightly grease the potatoes with mayonnaise, put the chopped smoked chicken on it.

6. Put the grated protein on the chicken.

7. Place a layer of chopped mushrooms on the protein.

8. Put the grated processed cheese on top of the mushrooms. To make cheese easier to grate, it is better to put it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Smear the cheese a little with mayonnaise.
