So it is written off right. But , 10 months behind and ... dad goes to us!))))))
On this occasion today were the cakes. With meat naturally. And what else is a man feed?))))) Well, okay ... ok ... with chicken today's cakes)))))) But not with apples!))
In the continuation of the reigning and culinary and near-channel blogs of the pumpkin theme, I decided to make one of the pies with a pumpkin.

Usually for such cakes, I use ready-made layered yeast dough, which is prepared in our local mini bakery nearby. Two pie pie grabs kilogram packaging.

We start the process

  1. First, we take a separate container and combine water, salt and vegetable oil in it. After that, add flour and knead the soft dough. Wrap in the food film and leave for a while.
  2. Preparing filling. Cut the fine onion and pumpkin. We combine these prepared ingredients with minced meat. Then salt, pepper and add zira. Well mix well.
  3. Upon the expiration of the right time, we divide our prepared dough into two parts. Each of them rolled into the reservoir, the size of the baking sheet on which the pie will be baked. And do not forget to put paper for baking. On top of it put the first rolled reservoir. Watch a little edge. After that, lay out the entire filling and cover the second dough layer. Then you need to fuel the edges. We make a few holes in the cake and lubricate the surface of the sour cream.
  4. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send a tray there for 40 minutes. During the baking, it takes a discovery several times the oven and sprinkle with water from the sprayer onto its walls.
