Fritters with carrots and coconut

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced \u200b\u200bcoconut
  • 1.5 teaspoons of a baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of vegetable milk
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 2 tablespoons of pile walnuts

Cooking:

1) Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and 2 tablespoons of coconut. Separately mix milk, butter and vanilla. Now mix these two mixtures with each other.

2) Add Carrots and set aside for 5 minutes. Heat the pan with a small amount of oil and pour 1/4 of the dough glass into it. Fry on both sides to golden color. In total, there should be 9 oldes.

Fritters with avocado

Ingredients:

  • sliced \u200b\u200bgreen onions, 1 pc.
  • 1/4 cup of chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cup of chickpea flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • chopping red pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons of water
  • for serving: Salsa, avocado, hummus, soft cashew cheese

Cooking:

1) Preheat frying pan with oil on medium heat. Mix flour, shaved powder, salt, pepper and baking powder. Add water and beat until the lumps disappear. Add vegetables.

2) Put the dough on the pan and quickly distribute. Fry 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve on the table with avocado, salsa, hummus or soft cashew cheese.

Pancakes with pumpkin

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1 Table Spoon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • a little nutmeg and ginger
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
  • nuts Pecan.

Cooking:

1) Lubricate the frying pan with oil and warm up. Mix baking powder, flour, sugar, salt and spices, and separately - vanilla, milk and coconut oil. Now mix everything together.

2) Pour 1/4 part of the dough on the pan and fry from two sides to a woolly color. Serve on a table with nuts and coconut chips.

Fritters with banana filling

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of whole grain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup of almond milk
  • 1 banana

Cooking:

1) Preheat frying pan with a small amount of oil. Mix with each other at first dry ingredients, then add liquid.

2) Pour a small number of dough on the pan and make small pancakes (no more than 10 cm in diameter).

3) Cut the banana. Place the finished pancakes in a plate, alternating them with a banana slices.

Oat pancakes

An excellent example of the fact that pancakes can be not only delicious, but also useful!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oat flakes
  • 1 cup flour fine grinding
  • 1 glass of whole grain flour
  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 glasses of almond milk
  • 1/4 glasses of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy flour, mixed with water in the SUCH 1: 1
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Cooking:

1) Preheat a frying pan on medium heat. Mix oatmeal, flour (except soy), baking powder, nutmeg and salt.

2) In a separate bowl, mix milk, butter, soy flour and vanilla. Connect these two mixtures.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oat flakes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of food yeast
  • chopping salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • pickling paprika
  • a little parsley
  • 2 teaspoons of tomato paste
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1.5-2 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons of linseed flour

Cooking:

1) Grind oatmeal in the blender. Mix dry ingredients with each other. Liquid mix in a separate bowl, then connect.

2) Fry pancakes on medium heat. When they are twisted on both sides, lay them on a flat dish and put your favorite components for pizza on top. If there are vegan parmesan among them, put a small amount at the very end.

Syroedic potato pancakes

And finally, the recipe for raw edge. For their cooking you need a dehydrator.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of ground cedar nuts
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1 large sliced \u200b\u200band potatoes
  • some water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 sliced \u200b\u200bred bulbs
  • 2 teaspoons of dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Cooking:

1) Connect potatoes, garlic, onions, cedar nuts, rosemary and olive oil. Form flat burst about 12 cm in diameter (should resemble pancakes) and put on a dehydrator.

2) Dehydrize at a temperature of 60 degrees for 45 minutes, then reduce heat and leave for another 2 hours at a temperature of 45 degrees.

For thick and lush fanishings on kefir, we will need:

  • 0.5 l. kefir;
  • 2 cups of flour;
  • 3 ppm Sahara;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 1 tsp. soda;
  • 2.5 ppm vegetable oil;
  • honey, syrup, jam in any quantities.

First, dissolve in kefir soda, salt and sugar. It is for us to spit!

We add flour to kefir and an ordinary fork everything quickly mix so that there are no lumps.
Here we have the dough for lush foddes in kefir. Somehow all suspiciously easy and simple, right?

No need to wait for a trick, it will not be. Everything is actually very simple. Heat the frying pan. In the dough, add vegetable oil and mix it again, after which we lay the dough on a frying pan with semicircular ovals (semi-cooled circles?) - In the form of large pancakes, in general.

We cover the pan with a lid and fry pancakes on a slow heat until the surface of each pancake will no longer spread. And as soon as it stops - we turn our fritters. Already now you can see what kind of lush, thick and beautiful.

We continue in the same spirit. The test is becoming less and less, and the stack of lush foddes is higher and higher ...

The most wonderful thing is that these pancakes themselves are not at all sweet, it means they can be pouring on top with honey, syrup, jam or condensed milk, and then imagine how early summer the waitress of the American Snatcher puts a plate with Oladiam and says: enjoy! That is a pleasant appetite!

Usually, in creating your recipes, I fully focus on the needs of my family, but sometimes I make an exception and with the joy of "accepting" orders for those dishes that your surroundings love. Today is such a day! We are preparing vegan fritters from your requests. Simple, understandable, delicious, useful. My fritters do not contain eggs, flour and perfectly suitable for those who try to stick to the vegan diet.



It turns out very fragrant and gentle. Fresh onions is wonderfully combined with Zucchini and gives a pleasant texture to our dish.
Such pancakes are delicious with hot or a little fit. Add to them any sauce at your discretion and enjoy.

Ingredients:
  • 2 large zucchini
  • 3 tbsp. Spoons of corn flour
  • 4 things. Fresh green onions
  • 1 tbsp. A spoon of ground linen seed + 3 tbsp. Water spoons (can be replaced by 1 egg)
  • 2/3 (1 cup - 250 ml) cups of oatmeal without gluten
  • Salt, black pepper, quinent, ground garlic (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil without smell (for frying)
Recipe
  1. Three on the grater of Zucchini. You do not need to press, juice from Zucchini will be useful for us.
  2. Cut a fine green bow.
  3. We mix seed and water. If you do not have anything like this, I recommend to take 1 chicken egg.
  4. Add spices, seed, 2 types of flour and mix.The dough should get very militant.
  5. We form pancakes. In this, water will help you: just moisten the hands with water. So the dough does not stick to the hands.
  6. Fry pancakes from two sides on the oil or baked in the oven at 165C / 325F.

- 2 teaspoons of apple vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of ground linen seeds
- Foundation of water
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Cooking method:

1. In the bowl, mix flour, bakery powder, salt and sugar. Make a recess in the middle.
2. In a separate bowl, mix any vegetable milk, vinegar and ground flax seeds. Mix everything intensively until a homogeneous state.
3. Pour the resulting mixture into the recess in the mixture of dry ingredients. Add water, butter and vanilla there, and mix everything again to a homogeneous state. But not too long.
4. Let the dough relax for 10 minutes. Then hesitate on the middle fire the frying pan and add quite some of the vegetable oil. We lay out the dough spoon - on each pancakes of a spoon of 3.5. Fry on each side of the minute 4. Fritters should be climbing and twisted. If necessary, add some other oil when frying.
