  • dill or parsley.

Grind the peeled onion into small cubes. Peel the carrots and grate them coarsely. Fry the onions in hot oil until golden brown. Then add the carrots to the same frying pan. We simmer it until it softens.

Then add minced meat to the vegetables. Salt the mixture and pepper it. Simmer the minced meat until tender, stirring from time to time the contents of the pan.

  • 5 eggs + 1 yolk;
  • 350-400 gr of fresh mushrooms;
  • cold clean water;
  • 1 PC. carrots;
  • 2 pcs. Luke;
  • 2 slices of bread;
  • freshly ground black pepper + salt.

Boil 3 hard boiled eggs. We clean them and cut them into cubes (approximately 1x1 cm).

Three carrots on a coarse grater. Chop one onion into small cubes, and chop the second into a gruel in a blender. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

Fry the chopped onion in hot oil until blush. Then add the carrots and simmer. Then put the mushrooms in a frying pan, salt and pepper. Stir the contents and simmer over a medium flame until the excess liquid has completely evaporated. Do not cover the pan with a lid.

We pass the bread soaked in water and well wrung out through a meat grinder. We mix this gruel with onion mass, minced meat and 2 eggs. Salt and pepper, add water to the composition. Mix the ingredients well and beat off the minced meat. We separate about a quarter of the minced meat (we select it in a bowl). And the rest meat mass we put it on food film.
