  • 400 gr. minced meat;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2-3 teaspoons of tomato sauce;
  • 2-3 st. tablespoons of finely chopped greens (onions, dill);
  • 200 gr. hard cheese;
  • some vegetable oil;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Wash, remove seeds and cut the zucchini into transverse pieces (5-6 cm long). If our vegetables are young, with a thin and soft skin, then it is not necessary to cut it off. And if the vegetables are already aged and their peel is tougher, then it is better to carefully cut it off with a sharp knife.

Now prepare zucchini "cups" from these pieces, removing the middle from them.
The pulp with seeds can be easily removed with a regular teaspoon.
By the way, do not throw away the extracted pulp. We add some of it to the minced meat, and the rest, along with the edges of the zucchini, can be grated and cooked zucchini pancakes in the oven.

Put the minced meat in a bowl (not too fatty is better for zucchini) and break an egg into it, salt, pepper to taste and mix thoroughly until a uniform consistency.
