Composition:

  • Crab sticks;
  • processed cheese;
  • garlic;
  • mayonnaise;
  • canned pineapple in pieces.

Cooking progress:

  1. Defrost the sticks and unfold them carefully, being careful not to tear.
  2. Grate the cheese and mix it with finely chopped garlic, add mayonnaise.
  3. Spread the unwrapped sticks with the resulting mass, put a small piece of pineapple in the center.
  4. Roll up crab sticks and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Stuffed dryers

Your snacks for the 2017 New Year's table will perfectly complement stuffed drying- an original dish with a harmonious taste, and is also easy to prepare.
Ingredients:

  1. 500 g dryers;
  2. 1 liter of milk;
  3. 2 medium onions;
  4. 700 g minced meat
  5. 100 g cheese
  6. garlic;
  7. Dill.
  1. Soak the dryers in milk, but not too much: our task is to make them a little softer.
  2. Add mayonnaise, onion, garlic, dill, salt and seasonings to your minced meat.
  3. Spread softened dryers on a baking sheet, and put prepared minced meat on top of them, sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Put drying in a preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  5. Do not forget to decorate the cooled drying with herbs.

Tip: drying can be stuffed with vegetables, as shown in the photo. To do this, simply replace the minced meat with eggplant, zucchini, add bell peppers, carrots or other vegetables, depending on your preference.

Shrimp mini kebabs


Ingredients:

  • 200 g shrimp without shell;
  • 75 g sweet pepper;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 1 lemon (to decorate the dish);
  • soy sauce;
  • olives;
  • basil;
  • lettuce leaves for decoration;
  • salt and seasonings.

Recipe:

  • Season the shrimp and cook until tender.
  • Chop peppers and other vegetables into large cubes and season with soy sauce. Leave to marinate for 40 minutes.
  • Spread prepared vegetables on the grill and bake until tender.
  • String shrimp and vegetables alternately on skewers.
  • Serve hot mini-kebabs to the table for the new year, decorate them with lettuce leaves.

Hawaiian toast

  • Ham;
  • toast bread;
  • canned pineapple in rings (fresh can be used);
  • olives (pitted);
  • sliced ​​cheese;
  • butter.

Cooking progress:

  • Heat the bread in a skillet so that a crust appears on it.
  • Brush the toasted bread with butter and place the ham slices on top.
  • Place pineapple on top and olive in the center. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  • Hold some toast in hot oven to melt the cheese. And your toast is ready!

Shrimps in batter

Components of the dish:

  • 250 g shrimp without shell;
  • 2 tbsp flour;
  • 1 tbsp starch;
  • 1 egg;
  • salt to taste;
  • sunflower oil.
  1. Beat a salted egg, add flour and starch to it. Stir to make a batter and dip the shrimp in it.
  2. Fry the shrimp until golden brown in a preheated skillet.
  3. Spread the fried shrimp on parchment to remove excess oil.
  4. Before serving, you can decorate the dishes with lettuce and lemon as shown in the photo.

Canapes with boiled pork

Ingredients:

  • Toast bread;
  • boiled pork;
  • butter;
  • olives;
  • fresh cucumbers;
  • fresh dill;
  • skewers.
  • Dry the bread in a frying pan until golden brown and lightly coat with butter.
  • Spread the boiled pork slices on top.
  • Slice cucumbers lengthwise into thin strips.
  • Now put 1 olive on a skewer, and behind it, string a cucumber slice with an accordion.
  • Stick a skewer into the bread, as shown in the photo - and the appetizer is ready. Top the canapes with fresh herbs.

Remove the sprats from the jar and place them on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil. Break off the tails with a fork and crush the fish a little. Place the sprats on the bread and microwave for 15 seconds. Top with chopped olives and thin cucumber slices.

Bacon rolls

Many people like bacon or smoked beef rolls. Slices of thinly chopped meat are rolled up and stuffed with grated cheese, mayonnaise and garlic. To prevent the appetizer from falling apart, you need to chop it on a skewer or a toothpick, decorate with grapes if you wish. Cooking time is about 15 minutes.
