  1. All vegetables must be washed, peeled and cut: onions - in half rings, carrots and beets - into strips, tomatoes - into slices, and the rest - into cubes.
  2. Heat a large skillet, pour sunflower oil on the bottom, toss onions and carrots. Saute until the onions are translucent and the carrots are soft.
  3. Then gradually add beets, tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, potatoes to the pan. Let each new ingredient sweat for a few minutes before adding the next. Remember to add salt and pepper to the dish, stir it and add a little water to the vegetables to prevent them from burning.

2. Dishes for single men - First and second chicken

Having bought a whole chicken in the store, you can kill two birds with one stone and forget about cooking for several days. Because we will teach you how to cook both, and the main course from it at once.

What you need:

  • Whole gutted chicken - 1 pc
  • Carrots - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Potatoes - 2 pieces
  • Milk - glass
  • Eggs - a dozen
  • Pasta - half a pack

How to cook:

  1. Wash the chicken and cook in a large saucepan (it will take about 30 minutes after the water boils). Place the finished carcass on a plate and let cool. Never pour out the broth! This is the basis for our soup.
  2. While the chicken is cooling, cut the peeled carrots into strips, the potatoes into cubes, and finely chop the onion. Fry onions with carrots in a little vegetable oil.
  3. Now cut the chicken into small pieces. Put about a third of the meat back into the broth, add the potatoes there and put the pan on the stove. After boiling, let it simmer for 5 minutes, salt to taste, throw half a pack of pasta into the boiling soup, as well as fry carrots with onions. Cook for another 8-10 minutes, until the pasta is tender. Pepper. You can throw finely chopped greens - dill, parsley. The soup is ready.
  4. Now it's time to tackle the leftover chicken. Place the meat in a baking dish or in a frying pan without a handle.

Despite the complicated name, this delicious Italian dish is prepared very quickly and easily.

What you need:

  • Spaghetti - pack 500 g
  • Cream from the store - pack of 250 g
  • Bacon, brisket, loin or any other meat of your choice - 300 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Eggs - 2 pieces

How to cook:

  1. Cut the meat into small slices, fry them in a pan in vegetable oil. Ideally, olive, but the usual sunflower is also fine. We set the pan aside.
  2. We put water in a saucepan on the stove and, when it boils, add spaghetti. The cooking time for spaghetti should be indicated on the package itself.
  3. While they are boiling, prepare the sauce. To do this, rub the cheese on a fine grater and mix it with eggs and cream.
  4. Drain the spaghetti, put them in the pan on the bacon, pour the sauce on top and put everything on the stove for just a couple of minutes, stirring.

The most simple and very satisfying male dish.

What you need:

  • Young potatoes - 1 kg
  • Bacon - 300 gr
  • Onions - 2 pieces
  • Dill - 1 bunch

How to cook:

  1. My potatoes, peel, cut into large slices. We put it in a saucepan, fill it with water and put it on fire.

Couscous is a dish in which the main ingredient is the cereal of the same name. The dish is widespread in the countries of North Africa; this region is also called the Maghreb. Those who have been to Tunisia, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco should be familiar with couscous. For the Arabs, couscous, as for the Russians - salad or jellied meat. They cook it everywhere and everyone. So if you want to have a real Arabian party at home, prepare a couscous. The dish is not at all complicated, but very satisfying and tasty. You will need:
800 g lamb pulp
500 g couscous
200 g green beans
150 g green peas
3 carrots
1 bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 medium zucchini

Cut the meat into cubes, salt and pepper. Then add spices that you can easily buy in any market, namely cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon and 3 tbsp. l olive oil. Thoroughly mix spices with meat and butter, leave for 30 minutes.
Cut the carrots and zucchini into circles. Cut the pepper into cubes. Cut off the ends of the beans. Cut the skins of the tomatoes, put them in a bowl and cover them with hot water. After five minutes, pour over with cold water - the skin should peel off easily. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Prepare couscous according to package directions.
In a well-heated skillet, fry the meat until golden brown.


Add the tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Add 150 ml of water 5 minutes after starting frying.
Fry the beans, zucchini, and carrots in another skillet over high heat. After 7-8 minutes add the peas and lamb. Simmer for another 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the couscous, mix everything well. The dish can be served at the table.
Cooking time - 40 minutes.

To prepare one of the most delicious meat dishes in the world, you will need: a nice juicy piece of beef, pepper and salt!
Everything else is just the cherries on the cake. Remember that you cannot cook a steak in a bad skillet or poorly functioning stove. Cooking steak in the oven is real "pornography", don't stoop to it.


We take a piece of beef. Fresh and chilled. Any other meat is no longer a steak. Only beef. The thickness of the meat is from 2.5 to 4 centimeters. No more, no less. Other sizes are not called a steak. Make a few crosswise cuts in the meat so that it soaks in the seasoning as it cooks. You can salt the meat 30-40 minutes before frying, then it is better not to add salt during cooking.
Make a seasoning with salt, water, rosemary, spices, and lemon juice. Pour it over the steak directly in the pan.
