Pork ribs in the oven in soy sauce with the addition of honey are always obtained with an amazing, appetizing crust. For cooking you will need:

  • Pork ribs - 1 kg;
  • Honey - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Mustard (liquid) - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp spoons;
  • Potatoes - 1 kg;
  • A mixture of peppers, salt.

Divide the pork into pieces, rinse under cold water.

Pieces of meat must be kept for 3 hours in a marinade, which is prepared by mixing honey, mustard, mustard soy sauce, spices, chopped onion rings.

Grease the bottom of the baking dish with vegetable fat, lay out the potatoes, cut into slices, add salt to taste. Put marinated ribs on top of the potatoes, send the container to the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes and bake at a temperature of 180-190 degrees.

Juicy meat in tomato marinade.

Thanks to a special marinade using tomato juice, the dish is obtained with a very rich, bright, unique taste. It can be served as a separate independent dish, or with a side dish or salad from fresh vegetables... Ingredient List:

  • Pork ribs - 1 kg;
  • Tomato juice - 200 ml;
  • Basil - 1 tsp;
  • Coriander - 1 tsp;
  • 1 large onion;
  • Cognac - 50 ml;
  • Honey - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Salt pepper.

Divide the meat into small pieces, rinse in cool water. Chop the onion in half rings, transfer to a deep bowl, salt.

Not everyone loves the sweetish taste of meat that is formed when honey is added. In this case, you do not need to use honey, the taste of the dish will not deteriorate at all. It will be more spicy and savory.

Pork baked in German beer.

This recipe is unique in its own way, as the beer imparts its malt flavor to the meat. The hop ingredient in this recipe can be used either light or dark.

It is better to take draft beer, not pasteurized, due to which the taste of the dish turns out to be special.

  • Pork ribs - 0.7 kg;
  • Onion - 1 pc.;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Beer - 150 ml;
  • Spices "for meat";
  • Salt.

Cut the ribs into small pieces, wash in water, set aside to dry out a little. Then rub the meat thoroughly with spices, put in a deep cast-iron roasting pan.

Cut the onion into large slices, spread around the ribs. Add minced garlic. We send the form with the workpiece to the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 15 minutes.

After that, pour in the beer, add water so that the meat is completely immersed in the liquid. Reduce the baking temperature to 180 degrees, simmer the dish for an hour and a half.

Pork ribs in the oven - a simple recipe.

Nothing is easier than making dinner up your sleeve. It is only necessary to pre-process the food, fold it into polyethylene and send it to the oven. Pork with potatoes - very nutritious, hearty dish, which will delight you and your loved ones with its delicate, mild aroma.

  • Pork ribs - 700 grams;
  • Potatoes - 10-12 pcs.;
  • Carrots - 1 pc.;

Also, initially add to the package vegetable oil 2-3 tablespoons and mix everything by shaking the sleeve with all the contents. All this must be done so as not to overdry the dish, since the cooking time is increased.

Pork dishes are very varied, so don't be afraid to change marinades and spices. Each time you use one or another marinade, you can get a completely new, interesting taste.

Choosing meat is important good quality, it should be fresh, with a pleasant smell. The ribs should be pinkish, with a small layer.

For example, we like the taste that ginger gives, but someone may simply not stand it. The quality of the dish strongly depends on the quality of the ingredients used, so you should take special care when choosing meat on the market.

  • My ribs and rub with salt mixed with spices.
  • I heat the oven to 180 degrees and put there a baking sheet with ribs filled with boiling water (about half a glass).
  • I put the foil on top. After an hour, I remove the foil and wait for the liquid that has collected there to evaporate.

All my household members eat such a dish with gusto.

Pork ribs in honey

This recipe prepares the dish just as quickly as the previous recipe. If you love honey and are not allergic to it, feel free to cook, you will not go wrong. You will need:

  • half a kilo of ribs
  • tkemali
  • good quality ketchup
  • spices and salt

From spices, I suggest taking the usual ground black pepper and paprika. So, carefully washed ribs should dry out a little, or blot them with a napkin so that there is no moisture on the surface. Now we rub the meat with spices, salt, and then sauce. The latter is prepared from tkemali, honey and ketchup. If you need to cook everything quickly, spices and salt can be added directly to the sauce.

Put the ribs laid out on a baking sheet in the oven and leave for 30-35 minutes. We cook at 180-200 C.

Ribs in sour cream

To use ribs with maximum benefit, cook according to the following recipe. On the market, you can buy brisket with ribs or ribs immediately without excess fat. Ribs should be about 1 kg. Now we boil them by dropping them into a saucepan with boiling water. Add a few peppercorns to the water. Please note that the volume of water should not be too large, even if it only slightly covers the meat. To make it cook faster, you can divide the ribs into several pieces. Cover the pot with a lid.

We bring the meat to readiness and take out. The broth will not be needed in the future, but it is suitable for making soup. To keep it not too greasy, cool it down and remove excess fat from the top.

To give the ribs the perfect look and unique flavor, they need to be fried a little in the oven. First, let's divide them into portioned pieces (if this has not been done before). Now we cook from a mixture of sour cream and honey, or honey and beer. As a last resort, sour cream can be replaced with mayonnaise.

The finished ribs will turn out to be very fatty, so it is recommended to put a wire rack on a baking sheet, and meat smeared with sauce on the wire rack. Thanks to this, the resulting fat will be melted and flowed down. Since the meat is already ready, you only need to wait for the formation of a ruddy appetizing crust and you can serve the dish to the table.

Pork ribs with garnish

We will use potatoes as a side dish. We will need:

  • one large onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • pork broth
  • carrot
  • mushrooms
  • vegetable oil

Fry a little or boil until half cooked. Fry the mushrooms and onions separately. We cut the latter into half rings. Now we prepare the baking sheet by stacking the layers in the following order:

  • Ribs
  • Garlic, passed through a press, or finely chopped
  • Grated carrots
  • Mushrooms with onions (or just fresh onions if you don't like mushrooms)
  • Potatoes, cut into half rings or cubes

Add broth to the baking sheet. If you haven't boiled it, you will have to cook it separately. To make the dish fragrant, add spices to the broth, and to keep it fresh, add salt. Now cover the surface of the baking sheet with foil and place in the oven.

The dish will be ready in 40 minutes. But a golden crust is a must. We will make it from grated cheese... Remove the foil and pour the cheese onto the potatoes. After 10-15 minutes in the oven, it will melt and acquire the desired color. Now is the time to invite everyone to the table!

Now you know for sure that cooking ribs is not difficult at all, you just need to master a few interesting recipes...
