Well, now about the salad that I want to offer you today - it is amazingly tasty, absolutely unknown, from simple and affordable products, but with a twist. My husband just adores him. Preparing (read going) pretty quickly, you just need to prepare its components in advance.

The recipe indicates the required amount for one large salad bowl.

In general, everything is in order.

First you need to boil good piece beef. Since for a salad it is more important for us to get juicy meat than rich broth, then it should be cooked in the following way: bring the water to a boil and only then lower the meat into it. Then it is traditional - you need to remove the foam that appears, put in the onion and carrots, salt and cook over low heat until tender.

At the end of cooking, the meat must be taken out and allowed to cool, and then (the required amount) cut into small pieces.

In general, we get a double benefit here - on the basis of the resulting broth, you can cook an excellent soup, and the remaining meat will also be useful for other dishes.


Boil the potatoes in their skins, and when they cool down, grate them on a coarse grater.


Hard-boiled eggs. Once cool, also grate on a coarse grater.


Peel and wash onions.

Cut into small pieces and fry until transparent golden brown in well-heated vegetable oil. Cool down.


Peel and wash the carrots. Grate on a fine grater.


Also grate a piece of enzyme cheese (any favorite).


Well, now about the main ingredient - about salted (or pickled) mushrooms.

The required amount must be thrown onto a sieve to get rid of excess liquid.

Such mushrooms are already a gorgeous snack in themselves and tasty addition to any dish. Well, in this proposed combination of products, their unique taste is surprisingly combined with beef meat, fried onions and fresh carrots.

The salad is delicious and satisfying. Suitable, in principle, not only for a holiday, but also as a daily meal.

If you (for some reason) do not have salted mushrooms, you can easily use pickled ones ... But right away I will make a reservation - it is much tastier with salted ones!

For this, I try (if possible) every year to put at least a few jars of salted mushrooms, and it is for the preparation of this salad. This is how you will delight your taste buds for sure!


Now about the "assembly" of puff salad - they can be served both in a large transparent salad bowl (in order to observe its multi-layering), and in portioned glasses ... So, perhaps, it is even more interesting and festive.

We will sandwich plain mayonnaise... At the bottom of the selected vessel, first, a layer of salted mushrooms is laid out and coated with mayonnaise. Then a layer of grated potatoes and fried onions, grease with mayonnaise.
Next, the meat layer + mayonnaise is laid out.

Now it's the turn of juicy, bright grated carrots and again a layer of mayonnaise. Put the grated eggs in the next layer and again a little mayonnaise. Last but not least, sprinkle with grated cheese. To prevent the cheese from drying out, cover the salad bowl with cling film.

That's all ... Feel free to put it in the refrigerator for soaking, for 6-8 hours easily. Get it out when you set the table.
