Yes, yes, I once ruined a pie by putting saury in it, which was prepared somewhere in the Moscow region. Most likely, the raw materials for canned food were frozen and the cooking standards were not followed.

    • 1.5 cups wheat flour
    • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
    • 2 eggs

    • A glass of kefir
    • 0.5 cups sunflower oil
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 cups of flour
    • 2 tablespoons butter

    Cooking process:

    Pour the kefir into a convenient wide bowl to knead there, add soda and salt, drip oil and add flour while stirring. I sift straight into the bowl right away. Knead the thin dough and leave to stand for the soda to start working.

    In the meantime, let's get down to the filling. With canned fish, salt the excess liquid and knead it with a fork so that there are no large pieces.

    For the cake I use a round shape, which I cover with baking paper, but you can grease it with butter and sprinkle with croutons.     We will take:

    • 500 grams of any mayonnaise
    • 1.5 cups sifted wheat flour
    • 3 eggs
    • A teaspoon to the detriment of soda
    • Jar of canned saury in oil
    • Small onion
    • 3 large potatoes

    Cooking process:

    Jellied fish pie with mayonnaise is quick and easy. I always mix the dough with a mixer, it is not very thick, so it won't take much time. In a mug for a mixer, I break eggs with soda, squeeze out a bag of mayonnaise there and sift the flour. Five minutes and the dough is ready.

    I open the can of fish and pour out the liquid, wrinkle the saury itself with a fork. I cut the onion in half rings, and I rub the potatoes on a special grater, sticks like French fries.

    We take a baking sheet, calculate products for an average size, coat it with any fat, you can simply cover it with parchment. Fill first the "bottom" of the pie - the first half of the dough. Then lay out saury, onions and potatoes in layers, you can add spices to taste, for example, pepper. Fill with the second part of the dough and bake for half an hour.

    8. We immediately send it to the oven. Bake at 190 degrees for about 40 minutes.

    Recipe for canned fish pie and rice

    Canned fish and rice go well in the filling. I made some changes, if you like it, please rate it.

    We need to take the following ingredients:

    • 200 grams of medium fat kefir
    • 200 grams of fifteen percent sour cream
    • 1.5 cups flour
    • 3 chicken eggs
    • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda

    We will take:

    • 1 can of saury or sardinella
    • 350 gr white wheat flour
    • 1 glass of water
    • 1 tsp salt
    • Medium onion
    • 1 table. a spoonful of yeast
    • 2 table. tablespoons of sugar
    • 1/2 cup olive oil Extra virgen

    Preparation:

    1. Mix flour with sugar, salt and yeast.
    2. Pour in small portions warm water and knead the dough. It should not be tight, just enough to just stick off your hands.
    3. Cover it with a towel and leave it in a warm corner for 2 hours.
    4. Drain the oil from the canned food and knead with a fork. Mix with chopped onion.
    5. Knead the matched dough and divide it into two parts.
    6. From one part we make the bottom of the cake. We distribute it on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour.
    7. Put saury and onions on top.
    8. Cover with the second part of the dough.
    9. We bake at 180 degrees for no more than 50 minutes.


    Jellied pie with canned sour cream

    This cake will turn out to be shiny golden brown, if not on a diet, you can take sour cream fatter, and if you count the calories, then you can dilute it with kefir.

    We use:

    • A glass of sour cream
    • A glass of sifted flour
    • 3 chicken eggs
    • 0.5 teaspoon quicklime soda
    • 2 cans of horse mackerel or natural sardines
    • Medium onion
    • 3 potatoes
    • Salt, seasonings

    Cooking process:

    Put sour cream in a wide bowl and add salt and soda, stir. Separately, break the eggs and pour them into the sour cream, after that we begin to slowly introduce flour so that lumps do not turn out. the dough must stand to completely pass the soda quenching process.

    It is not necessary to lubricate the form if the sour cream is greasy, otherwise it can be covered with parchment. Pour half of the dough for the bottom of the pie. Lay fish, onions and potatoes on it in layers, you can add spices. Fill the top and set to bake for 20-30 minutes.

    Put soda in sour cream, add mayonnaise, egg and flour. To mix everything. The dough is ready.

    For the test:

    1 glass of kefir,

    Knead the dough until sour cream is thick and pour half of it into a pan, cover with mashed canned mackerel, finely crumbled eggs and green onions... Fill the top with the rest of the dough.
    Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 30-40 minutes. If the crust in the pie is coarse, grease its drain. oil.



    Ingredients:

    500 g fresh cabbage
    1/2 pack of butter
    3 eggs,

    Unusually delicious and juicy pie, crispy crust, lots of filling.
    Ingredients:
    thin pita bread - 1 pc.;
    minced meat (any, I have - chicken) - 600 g;
    fresh mushrooms (I have champignons) - 300 g;
    onion - 1 pc;
    fresh tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.;
    eggs (1 pc. - for pouring, 1 pc. - for minced meat) - 2 pcs.;
    cream 25% - 150 ml;
    cheese - 100 g;
    butter - 50 g;
    salt, ground black pepper, herbs - to taste;
    parsley - 1 bunch;
    breadcrumbs - for sprinkling the mold.


    Cut the onion into cubes and fry in butter until golden brown.
    Three mushrooms on a grater and add to the onion. As soon as the mushroom juice starts to stand out, add the minced meat. Fry everything together until tender. Salt and pepper. We set aside to cool.
    When the minced meat has completely cooled down, add the egg and chopped parsley to it. We lay out pita bread on the surface, lay out the filling on it in full length (which is longer).
    Gently, but quickly fold tightly into a roll. Cover the shape (round) with parchment, grease with oil and sprinkle generously bread crumbs... Roll the roll in a spiral in a circle of shape (snail). Next, mix the cream and the egg, salt and pepper, add your favorite herbs. Fill the pita with the filling with this fill (leave 1/3 of the fill). Use a toothpick to beat the pita bread in different places. Cut the tomatoes in half rings and put them on top of the pie. Pour the remaining filling and sprinkle with grated cheese. We send the lavash jellied pie into an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

    You will need:

    Lavash - 2 pcs,
    Minced meat -400 g,

We put it in a container in which "Milena" will be cooked, of course greasing it with butter or vegetable oil. In the same way, we make the second roll (who can get it as much) and fill the container. Beat eggs with salt and sour cream. We fill in our twisted rolls. We put it in a preheated oven and take it out when it is browned.


    Very gentle meat pie with zucchini (instant)

    Dough:

    -0.5 cups mayonnaise
    -200 gr sour cream

    -1 vegetable marrow
    -1 onion
    -a handful of cabbage
    -600 gr. minced meat

    Fry minced meat with onions, salt with pepper, add finely chopped cabbage. Peel the zucchini and cut into rings, knead the dough. Do not add salt.
    Pour half of the dough into the mold. Then we spread the zucchini. Lightly add some salt. Top stuffing. Fill with the rest of the dough.
    We bake in the oven for 40 minutes at temp. 200 degrees.

    Saury pie

    Canned fish pie is a great option. homemade baked goods, which is not only easy and quick to prepare, but also will be available to everyone, since most of the ingredients necessary for cooking are readily available. The main product, of course, is canned fish, the choice of which must be approached responsibly and not skimp on buying it in a store or on the market. The perfect choice there will be canned mackerel, trout, pink salmon or herring. After opening the canned food, it is enough to mash the fish with a fork, and then mix with the rest of the ingredients, which vary from recipe to recipe.     Ingredients:

    • 100 g rice
    • 1 can of canned fish
    • 6 eggs
    • 1 onion
    • Pepper
    • 1.5 tbsp. flour

    • 150 ml. sour cream
    • 100 g mayonnaise
    • Vegetable oil

    Cooking method:

    1. We wash the rice groats in cold water, pour into a saucepan, fill with water and set to cook on fire until tender.

    3. Boil three eggs hard-boiled, peel them, cut into pieces and add to the fish along with rice.
    4. Peel the onion, rinse it, chop it finely and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper, then mix everything well.

    To put a delicious low-fat pie dough, you need to stock up on three hours of time and the following set of products:

    • 1 glass of warm milk;
    • 3 cups sifted flour;
    • 1 glass of water at room temperature;
    • 1 teaspoon of sugar, salt and quick dry yeast;

    This dough can be called dietary, because the recipe does not contain heavy foods (eggs, butter, etc.). Baking from this dough in moderation can be eaten by everyone who is on a diet or losing weight. So, we mix dry yeast, salt and sugar with milk, add water and 1 glass of flour. After 25 minutes (as the yeast starts to foam) the dough should "grow" in volume almost twice. Mix it gently and add the remaining flour and vegetable oil.

    Knead an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands. Place the dough in a small deep bowl and cover with a tea towel. Leave to rise in a warm place for 2-3 hours. During this time, the dough will grow strongly in volume, it must be knocked out with a kitchen spatula at least 3 times.

    Filling for canned fish pie

    During the time that the dough rises and fits, you can start filling for our fish pie... Here are the products you need for the filling:

    • 2 cans of canned fish;
    • 2-3 large onions;
    • 100 grams of dry rice;
    • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

    About the fish for the pie. I like to bake pies with canned saury or pink salmon more. Canned food should be taken not in oil, but natural. Rice is better to take the one that is boiled in bags (so it is guaranteed not to burn).


    Boil rice in a bag (100 grams), do not salt. Onion cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until soft. There should be a lot of onions, from which the filling becomes juicy and aromatic. Open the canned fish, drain the liquid, slightly knead the fish pieces with a fork. Add the canned liquid to the rice and stir. Combine fried soft onions, mashed canned food and rice. Let the filling stand for half an hour so that it is saturated with juices.

    Canned fish pie - recipe

    1. Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Roll out one part and place on a greased baking sheet.
    2. Spread the filling evenly over it.
    3. Roll out the second part of the dough and put on top, pinch the edges of the cake - this way we get closed fish pie with rice. I like exactly closed pies, in them the filling remains juicy and the cake bakes well. We leave a small hole in the center - a ventilation window for the exit of hot steam.
    4. Remove the pie in hot oven for half an hour (180 degrees). Then reduce the temperature and bake for another 20 minutes. The top crust should be well browned.

    The inside of the cake remains very juicy and tender. Homemade yeast dough rises very well and makes the pie very soft in taste, literally fluffy! Enjoy the delicious taste of this wonderful fish pie with canned food, rice and onions.
