  • Wheat flour - 5 tablespoons

Cooking method:

  1. Break the eggs into a saucepan. Add flour, vegetable oil, milk, salt to taste and beat everything with a mixer.
  2. Free the crab sticks from the packaging film and chop, you can grate on a fine grater. Add them to the egg mixture, mix well.
  3. Add chopped dill greens here, about 2 tablespoons. Put baking paper on a baking sheet, grease it with vegetable oil and pour the prepared mixture.
  4. Spread it evenly and place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  5. While the omelet is being prepared, prepare the filling. To do this, grate cheese and eggs on a fine grater. Chop the garlic with a press.
  6. Chop the dill greens, combine everything, season with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. The filling is ready. You can add additional chopped crab sticks, bell peppers and whatever you want to it - a matter of taste.
  7. We take the finished omelet out of the oven, let it cool slightly and carefully remove it from the paper. Then we distribute the filling over the entire surface and roll it into a roll.
  8. Roll the roll in cling film and keep in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. Chop when serving. The appetizer is ready.

Stuffed crab sticks

Ingredients:

  • 200 g crab sticks
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Cooking method:

  1. Crab sticks must be thoroughly defrosted and before unfolding, put the entire pack in warm (about 40 C) water for 10 minutes, so they heat up a little, the fibers become elastic and they unfold easily.
  2. Too long to keep in warm water defrosted crab sticks are not allowed - they may deteriorate!
  3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Grate eggs on a fine grater. Combine eggs and cheese. Add all the mayonnaise, squeeze or finely grate the garlic.
  4. Mix well. If necessary, you can add another spoonful of mayonnaise - the mixture should turn out to be soft so that it can be easily spread over.
  5. Expand the crab sticks. To do this, make sure that they defrost very well and are not firm in the middle. Free the sticks from the film.
  6. Squeeze the end - you should see a spiral layered structure and a line of outer overlap from where you should start to unfold the crab roll.
  7. Unfold the wand gently. Not all crab sticks can be expanded - only those whose layers are visible when pressed.
  8. Place the unrolled crab stick with the reddish side down and spread the prepared cheese mixture on the inside.
  9. Cut into portions (if the ends of the roll turned out to be uneven - trim them by cutting off a little from the ends)
  10. Serve on skewers as canapés.

Crab sticks with cheese and eggs

This easy and quick snack option with few ingredients will brighten up any party table. To make the dish tasty, buy quality crab sticks of a trusted brand. The easiest thing to do is stuff them with cheese and eggs.

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks 240 g (10 pcs.)
  • chicken egg 1 pc.
  • hard cheese (Dutch, Russian, sour cream) 100 g
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • mayonnaise "Provencal" 3-4 tbsp. l.
  • small table salt
  • fresh parsley
  • lettuce leaves for serving 3-4 pcs

Cooking method:

  1. First, boil an egg for the filling. Put the egg in a ladle of cold water. Set the ladle to medium heat. After the egg has boiled, boil it for 9-10 minutes. Then pour boiling water from a ladle and pour cold water over the egg so that it cools completely. Peel the egg and rub it on a fine grater
  2. We also rub a piece of hard cheese. It is better to grind it on a fine grater so that the filling is smooth and tender. Then it will be more convenient to stuff the crab sticks.
  3. Mix the grated boiled egg and hard cheese. Add two garlic cloves passed through a press and Provencal mayonnaise.
  4. Add a little salt to the filling and mix until smooth. Optionally, you can add a pinch of ground black pepper to the filling to add a little pungency.
  5. Let's clear them from packaging. Now we need to carefully unfold the crab sticks so that they can be stuffed. This can be done in several ways:
  6. Crab sticks must be defrosted first, you can even get them out of the refrigerator the night before. Ideally they should be room temperature... The defrosted sticks need to be squeezed a little in order to find the fold from which to begin to unfold them.
  7. If the sticks do not unfold well or you do not have time to defrost for a long time, crab sticks can be dipped in hot water for 30 seconds. The sticks will become more elastic and easy to unfold.
  8. You can also heat the crab sticks slightly over steam. The last outer layer will scald slightly and easily detach from the stick.
  9. Heavily frozen convenience foods can be put in boiling water and boiled for 30 seconds. Then carefully remove them from the water with a slotted spoon. In this case, from hot water they will open themselves. It remains only to cool them a little and dry them with a napkin.
  10. Place the filling on each unrolled crab stick. It should completely cover the surface with a thin layer.
  11. Roll the crab sticks greased with the filling back so that the red strip on the stick is outside.
  12. If desired, finished products can be cut into several mini-rolls and served with a skewer. An interesting option feed - sticks cut into two parts obliquely. Of course, stuffed sticks can be served as a whole. Top them can be decorated with herbs, grated cheese or yolk, mayonnaise drops or green onion rings.
  13. Serve the stuffed crab sticks as an appetizer on top of lettuce.

Crab sticks in batter with cheese

Ingredients:

  • A pack of crab sticks weighing 250 gr.,
  • Cheese hard varieties- 100 gr.,
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.,
  • Wheat flour - 3-4 tbsp. spoons,
  • Salt,
  • Sunflower oil (refined)

Cooking method:

  1. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add mayonnaise and finely chopped dill to it. In addition, you can add a little garlic passed through a press to the filling. As for me, stuffed crab sticks with cheese and garlic are much tastier as cold appetizer... Stir in the cheese filling.
  2. Defrost the crab sticks. Remove the wrappers from them. Unfold gently. Lubricate the entire surface of the crab stick with a thin layer cheese filling... For batter, beat eggs into a bowl. Stir them with a whisk or fork.
  3. Add milk and a pinch of salt to these. Stir. Add flour and stir again. Dip the stuffed crab sticks with cheese into the prepared batter. Put it on quickly hot skillet... Fry them on all sides until golden brown and brown.
  4. You can also fry crab sticks in batter without eggs.
  5. Add salt to it to taste. Add half a glass of flour. Mix the batter thoroughly. Dip simply defrosted or pre-stuffed crab sticks in it and fry the crab sticks in beer batter on sunflower oil until ready.

It can be either tartlets with crab salads or pastas. Today I want to show you how to quickly and deliciously make crab stick tartlets. The recipe is very simple and affordable.

Ingredients:

  • Tartlets - 1 pack (10 pcs.),
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.,
  • Hard cheese - 150-200 gr.,
  • Crab sticks - 1 pack (240 gr.),
  • Red protein caviar - 100 gr.,
  • Lettuce leaves,
  • Mayonnaise,
  • Salt.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the eggs until tender. Cut them into small cubes.
  2. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  3. Cut the crab sticks into small cubes.
  4. Put crab sticks, eggs, cheese in a bowl. Add red caviar.
  5. Toss the crab filling with a spoon.
  6. Add mayonnaise and a little salt to it.
  7. Stir. The filling for crab stick tartlets is ready.

Cooking method:

Crab and cheese appetizer

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of crab shelves (12 pieces)

For filling:

  • 100 g hard cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • greens (dill, parsley)
  • mayonnaise

For batter:

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of water
  • 3 eggs

Cooking method:

  1. We use frozen or chilled crab sticks. If using frozen ones, defrost them naturally beforehand.
  2. We carefully unfold the crab sticks, trying not to break them. If they do not unfold well, you can hold them over steam or immerse them in boiling water for a couple of seconds.
  3. Three cheese on a coarse grater. Peel the garlic and pass through the garlic. We wash the dill and parsley, dry and finely chop. We combine everything, add mayonnaise and mix well.
