Cabbage rolls in lettuce
1 cup sunflower seeds, 1 large cucumber, 1 bunch of lettuce leaves, 1 bunch of green onions.
Soak sunflower seeds in clean cold water overnight. In the morning, drain the water and grind the seeds in a meat grinder along with part of the green onions. Finely chop the cucumber and stir into the mixture.
Carefully separate the lettuce leaves from the bunch, then spread the seed-cucumber mixture with a teaspoon on the leaves, wrap in the form of envelopes and tie with green onion feathers. Serve with raw mayonnaise.
