My tartlets always arouse curiosity and admiration, and all my friends have already rewritten the recipe. Use it and you and decorate your table with a novelty.
Ingredients shown are based on four servings.

Potato tartlets with minced meat filling, recipe.

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 3-4 large pieces;
- chicken meat (you can use pork, beef, etc. of your choice) - 400-500 grams;
- onion - 2-3 pcs.;
- chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
- salt - a pinch;
- spices and herbs - of your choice;
- lemon juice;
- butter - for lubricating the molds.

How to cook from a photo step by step

First, prepare the minced meat. We take out the chicken meat from the freezer, defrost it and pass it through a meat grinder. To make it easier to grind, you can first cut the meat into pieces. If the meat is minced twice, then the tartlets will be softer.

Add chopped onion (finely chopped or minced), chicken egg, salt and spices to taste to the chopped meat. For spices and herbs, I use black pepper powder, turmeric and dried dill with thyme.

Mix everything thoroughly and leave for some time. The filling is ready.

We start peeling potatoes. For convenience, it is better to use a large one. We clean it and grate it.

Put the grated potatoes in a glass container and sprinkle them lemon juice, which will prevent browning of the potatoes. Add one chicken egg there with salt to taste.

Mix everything again until a homogeneous mass is formed.
For cooking of this dish will need silicone molds... You can buy them either at the supermarket or in a specialty candy store. So, grease the molds generously with butter.

Put the minced chicken in the middle.

Preheat the oven well, send the stuffed potato tartlets there and bake for 40 minutes. The dish is almost ready if a delicate golden crust has formed on it.

Before removing the finished tartlets from the oven, sprinkle them with grated cheese. Bake until the cheese melts.
The holiday snack is ready.

It is better to serve even warm. After laying out each tartlet on a saucer, you can decorate them with a sprig of greens. Sour cream or aioli sauce is served with the dish.
Bon appetit and a fun feast!

  • 1 egg,
  • lemon juice (a few drops),

  • vegetable oil for lubricating molds.

Cooking process:

Peel the potatoes, rinse and grate on a coarse grater. Transfer to a deep bowl, season with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice and mix. The potatoes will let go, the juice, you need to squeeze it out - I used cheesecloth. Then we drive in an egg, mix.

Cooking the filling: chop the chicken pile finely, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can also add greens, tomatoes, ketchup, etc. to the filling - all as desired.

We put the molds in the oven for 25 minutes. We take them out, but do not turn off the oven.

We take out the tartlets from the oven, let them cool down a bit and take them out of the molds.

Yulia Kolomiets told how to cook stuffed tartlets, recipe and author's photo.

The tartlets are shaped like a crown. It is not in vain that they were called "princesses on plates." Potato tartlets compare favorably with ordinary (flour) themes, they can be filled with both cold and hot filling. Many products are perfectly combined with the neutral taste of potatoes: meat, fish, mushrooms, vegetables, cheese and much more. Such a dish can be prepared for a festive table or eaten every day.

Classic potato tartlets

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 4-6 Pieces
  • Hard cheese - 100-200 grams
  • Egg - 1 Piece
  • Salt - To taste

Cooking method:

  1. Potatoes Peel, rinse and grate on a coarse grater. Then we squeeze out the potato juice, it will only interfere with our dish.
  2. Break 1 egg into a bowl of potatoes and add cheese grated on a coarse grater. Salt and sprinkle with spices, mix thoroughly. I usually only use ground black pepper as a spice, as it goes with any filling, but you can choose those spices that work especially well with your filling.
  3. Now we spread the potato mass into the molds. Do not make a layer too thick, if you leave small holes, you will get beautiful openwork tartlets.
  4. Cooking tartlets in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour. We wait until they cool down and remove them from the forms. And now you can fill them with the filling of your choice. This time I just laid out the Olivier salad, but the desired effect was produced.

Potato tartlets with herring

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 medium-sized potatoes;
  • one egg;
  • a piece of butter for mashed potatoes;
  • 300 g soft cottage cheese;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • one slightly salted herring;
  • 2-3 pickled cucumbers;
  • salt, ground black pepper to taste;
  • for decoration - dill, a slice of sweet pepper.

Cooking method:

  1. The potatoes, as usual, were peeled, washed, cut into pieces and boiled in salted water.
  2. He took up herring himself. You can, of course, buy ready-made fillets or preserves, but personally I don't like them.
  3. No matter how much I bought all sorts of different - not the same taste for them and that's it. I better take good herring, I'll play around with her a little, get my hands dirty, but the appetizer in the tartlets will be delicious - a guarantee.
  4. Fillet the herring and cut into small cubes.
  5. The potatoes are boiled, you need to make the usual mashed potatoes - I drain all the water, add a piece of butter, an egg slightly beaten with a fork, salt, pepper to taste and knead well. If the puree is thin, you can add a little flour.
  6. Further, the recipe writes that silicone molds must be well greased with butter. I thought - why still smear silicone, nothing sticks to it. For the experiment I smeared all the molds, but not two - let's see what happens.
  7. I put mashed potatoes in molds (on a dessert spoon) and knead along the walls with wet hands.
  8. I must say right away - the layer should be made not too thin, but not thicker than 5 mm - the potatoes will bake well.
  9. I got a couple of pieces just like that.
  10. I bake in hot oven so that the edges of the baskets are well browned.
  11. and prepare the curd mass. This time I did this: in soft curd added a few tablespoons of sour cream and rubbed well to get a tender mass.
  12. I added herring, cucumbers, mixed - the filling for the tartlets is ready.
  13. But I advise you to make the curd mass yourself, it's very simple. Larissa called it "ricotta", however, after reading Wikipedia, I learned that ricotta is prepared a little differently.
  14. I don’t know what to call this mass, tell me who knows. Alexey Onegin must know for sure.
  15. I take a liter bag of kefir, in the evening (or in the morning) I put it in the freezer.
  16. In the morning (in the evening) I cut the bag
  17. I tie the frozen kefir in a linen towel or several layers of gauze, hang it over a bowl.
  18. After 8-10 hours, whey remains in the bowl, and a very delicate mass in the towel, something in between sour cream and cottage cheese, only 200 grams is obtained.
  19. A very tasty thing, great for filling today's potato tartlets, thanks to Larisa for the recipe.
  20. The baskets were baked, and then I realized that it was still necessary to grease the molds - the tartlets fell out of all the cells when they were turned over, and I had to pick out the two unlubricated ones.
  21. It remains to put the filling in the baskets, sprinkle with chopped dill (I used frozen)
  22. and garnish with small sweet pepper cubes. The tartlet appetizer is ready while the baskets are hot - they crunch, after complete cooling- No.
  23. Try it, friends, it is both tasty and beautiful, the defenders of the Fatherland will raise their hands in front of such "power".
