Today is a hot dog with Korean carrot... I make carrots myself, but you can buy them in the store. I took the buns with cheese sprinkles, they are great for such hot dogs. While we are preparing the sauce and chopping the cucumbers, we put the sausages to boil so that they are hot.

Ingredients for two servings

  • Sandwich bun 2 pcs.
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Mayonnaise 1 tsp
  • Korean style carrots 70 g
  • Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.
  • Milk sausages 2 pcs.
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.

Step by step cooking

  1. For hot dogs, let's take sandwich buns, milk sausages, Korean style spicy carrots, pickled cucumbers. For the sauce, use medium hot mustard, mayonnaise and soy sauce.
  2. Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips.
  3. Mustard, mayonnaise and soy sauce prepare the sauce.
  4. We cut the bun lengthwise, without cutting through to the end, and open it like a book. Spread the sauce over both halves.
  5. Put Korean-style spicy carrots on a bun.
  6. Top with pickled cucumber straws.
  7. We put a warm sausage.
  8. Put more carrots and cucumbers on top of the sausages. Pour the sauce.
  9. Korean hot dog with carrots is ready!

Home cooked hot dogs, turn out to be incredibly tasty and satisfying. Today I decided to cook this dish with Korean carrots which I made in advance. Here's how to quickly and easily prepare Korean carrots... Since the sausages turned out to be shorter than the buns, I used one and a half sausages for each hot dog, which I did not boil in advance, but baked together with the bun in the oven. The bun turned out to be very crispy and delicious, and only then did I put in the Korean carrots. My son is delighted with this dish.

For cooking hot dog with Korean carrots we will need:

  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 6 sausages (one and a half for each hot dog)
  • Korean carrots
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Mayonnaise
  • Parsley

So, we start cooking very delicious hot dogs.

We cut each bun lengthwise, not cutting to the end.

initially grease the bun with mustard, then ketchup, then mayonnaise, then put the sausage. In the photo, I photographed in stages to make it clear.
The number of products can be set to your liking, because someone loves ketchup more, someone mustard. I put, in approximately equal proportions, only a little less mustard.

We spread hot dogs on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until the bun is crispy.

We take the buns out of the oven and put Korean carrots on top of each hot dog.
Finely chop the parsley and crush our hot dogs with it.

I also decorated the top Hot Dog drops of ketchup and mayonnaise.
It turned out very tasty.
