If the meat has been frozen, place it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator overnight. Defrosting it this way will keep the fillet structure tender. It is not recommended to speed up the defrosting process with a microwave or warm water.

    If there is film on the chicken fillet, it must be trimmed. Then cut the meat into equal sized cubes. You can cut the product in a way convenient for you, it is not necessary to give the fillet a certain shape.

    Chicken eggs break into a deep bowl and add the Adyghe salt. If not, replace it with a regular one.

    Use a whisk to beat the eggs until frothy. You can use a mixer if you have one at hand.

    Add the seasonings and spices you need to the egg mixture, then dip the pieces of meat into the mixture.
