For him you need 2 glasses of flour and kefir, 2 eggs, soda, vegetable oil, a little salt, 100 g of cheese and 300 g of grapes.

Cooking sequence:

For decoration you need: 0.5 kg of dark grapes, half a glass of red wine and the same amount grape juice, a little sugar, 20 g of gelatin. Cooking sequence:

  • cornflakes crushed;
  • melt chocolate;
  • flakes and almonds are added to it, everything is mixed;
  • on the bottom of a split form, covered with tracing paper, lay out the chocolate mass and send it to the refrigerator for solidification;
  • half of the red wine mixed with sugar is heated to dissolve the crystals and cooled;
  • gelatin is soaked in another part of the wine, then it is heated with steam until dissolved;
  • both mixtures are combined and left to cool;
  • the cream that begins to gellate is combined with whipped cream, poured onto the base and again placed in the refrigerator;
  • the second portion of gelatin is allowed to bloom in half of the grape juice, then the mixture is heated until the gelatin dissolves in a steam bath;
  • in the second part of grape juice, with sugar dissolved in it, add wine with gelatin dissolved in it and cool;
  • put grapes on the cake and pour it in two doses of jelly, putting the cake in the refrigerator until it grabs.

For him you need: a cup of semolina, a third of a cup of flour and vegetable oil, half a cup of sugar, a little salt, soda, cocoa, almost a cup fruit juice or nectar, 300 g of grapes.

  • juice is added to the dough and let it stand for an hour and a half;
