  • Wheat flour - 220 g.
  • Butter - 120 g.
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • Milk - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • A pinch of salt;

Filling:

  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Cheese - 120 g.
  • Liquid cream - 180 ml.
  • A pinch of salt, a pinch of ground pepper;
  • Sunflower oil - 2-3 tbsp spoons;
  • Onions - 1 head;
  • Zucchini - 500-700 g.

Cooking step by step

Wash the zucchini. You can remove the skin if desired. Cut into thin slices, season with salt and pepper.

Peel the onion, cut into small pieces. Fry in oil over low heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Then add the zucchini, stir and fry for another 10-15 minutes. The onions should be lightly browned, and the zucchini should be softer.

A more satisfying version of squash pie for meat lovers. Indeed, very nutritious and delicious. It contains a lot of proteins (macronutrients), which means that this pie is an excellent food for athletes and just active people. Special dough, vegetable, cooked with kefir. In addition to minced meat, the pie also includes potatoes. All in all, a great option for a hearty snack.

  • Fresh zucchini - 600-800 g.
  • Carrots - 1-2 pcs.
  • Flour - 300 g.
  • Kefir (any fat content) - 100 ml.

  • Eggs - 1-2 pcs.
  • Butter - 70 g.

  • Minced meat - 500-700 g.

How to make this squash pie

First, let's prepare the meat filling. Finely chop the onion and add to the minced meat. Add sour cream, pepper and salt. Mix well. That's it - the filling is ready. I will say in advance that in this recipe, minced meat is put raw in the dough. The pie will be more juicy, although it will take longer to cook. But nothing prevents you from frying the minced meat in advance. Do as you please.

Now let's move on to the test. Wash the zucchini, remove the peel and grate on a coarse grater. Get rid of excess juice. Add mashed potatoes, butter, kefir and an egg to the zucchini.

Stir the flour with salt and baking powder, then add it to the courgette mixture. Stir well again until a smooth, juicy vegetable dough is obtained.

Grease a baking dish with any oil, line with 2/3 of the dough in an even layer.

Ingredients:

  • Cream - 200 ml.
  • Onions - 1 medium onion.
  • Flour - 140 g.
  • Cheese - 100-120 g.
  • Eggs - 4-5 pcs.

After the zucchini, peel and grate the carrots. Also use a coarse grater.

Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes. Peel a few cloves of garlic and pass them through a press. We place both products in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the onions until soft. You can also add a few lavrushka leaves to the ingredients. This will give the onion a light mushroom flavor.

When the onions are fried, send the grated zucchini and carrots to the pan. We mix. Simmer over medium heat for about eight to ten minutes.
