  • 1/3 Art. vegetable oil;
  • ½ tbsp. water;

  • h. l. baking powder;
  • ¼ h. L. salt.

Inside we put:

  • Art. chopped nuts;
  • 3 tbsp. l. granulated sugar.

We mix all the dry ingredients, while sifting the flour. We collect it with a slide, in which we make a depression and pour in water and oil. Quickly knead the dough with your hands and let it rest. Combine sugar with nuts separately in a cup.

Let's prepare:

  • Art. Sahara;
  • Art. grated carrots;
  • ¼ h. L. salt;
  • h. l. loosening powder;
  • a drop of vanillin;
  • ½ tbsp. starch;
  • 1.5 tbsp. flour.

In a deep bowl, mix the grated, fresh carrots (preferably the shallowest side) with sugar, salt, vanilla and butter.

Separately sift the flour, add the starch, baking powder and start adding the mixture to the carrot mass. You will get a thin dough, which is better to spread on a greased baking sheet with a large spoon. But, if you wish, wet your hands and try to roll koloboks.

  • 300 g flour.

It is necessary to act as follows:

  1. Pour all the liquid ingredients into the blender bowl, add ginger, soda, salt and all the spices. We achieve uniformity.
  2. Fill in flour with bran and knead the dough. It should not stick to your hands and be elastic.
  3. Roll out a layer less than 1 cm thick with a rolling pin. Cut into identical pieces or knock out our lean cookies with molds.
  4. In a hot oven, it will bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
