  1. First, let's prepare the oatmeal. To do this, Hercules flakes, selected in accordance with the characteristics indicated above, must be ground in a coffee grinder. If there is no coffee grinder, the blender and its grinder bowl will help out.
  2. Another way is to lightly dry the flakes in the oven, put them on a sheet of paper, cover them with a second one and roll them on top with a rolling pin several times.
  3. Preheat the oven to 210 ° C. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
  4. In a blender or mixer, grind soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon until smooth.
  5. In 50 ml of water room temperature dissolve the salt and add to the butter along with the oat flour.
  6. Scroll a few turns of the blender or mixer to combine the two mixtures.

  • whole grain flour - 65 gr.
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil(I have melted coconut) - 80 gr.
  • brown sugar - 150 gr.
  • egg, large - 1 pc.
  • vanilla sugar - 1 sachet or ground cinnamon - ½ tsp.
  • oat flakes, such as rolled oats - 50 gr.
  • raisins or nuts - 80 gr. (or halved nuts and raisins)

Cooking process:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine two flours, baking powder and vanilla sugar or cinnamon.
  3. In a deep bowl, combine butter, sugar and egg.
  4. Pour the flour mixture into a bowl of liquid ingredients and stir briefly.
  5. Then add the oatmeal and raisins / nuts, and lightly stir again.
  6. From the resulting dough, pinch off pieces the size of a walnut and put them on a baking sheet at a distance from each other (the cookies will significantly disperse when baking)
  7. We bake oatmeal cookies in an oven preheated to 180º for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.

Cooking method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a deep bowl, knead the banana with a fork until puree.
  3. Add white and brown sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and mix with a whisk until smooth.
  4. We introduce flour, oatmeal, soda, cinnamon, salt, chopped chocolate and coconut.
  5. Knead thoroughly with your hands until a thick, homogeneous dough is obtained.
  6. Form balls of about 30 g with wet hands. each, put them on a baking sheet at a distance from each other and lightly press with your fingers. These cookies hold their shape quite well.
  7. Bake 12-14 minutes until golden brown, take out and leave for 5 minutes on a baking sheet.
  8. Then we transfer to the wire rack until it cools completely.
