Rice casserole with minced meat in the oven is prepared from the following food set:

  • 220 g of round rice;
  • 350 g minced meat;
  • 80 g onions;
  • 90 g carrots;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 20 g sour cream (mayonnaise);
  • 30 ml of sunflower oil;
  • 30 ml of drinking water;
  • salt and black pepper to taste.

How to cook:

  1. Boil the washed rice in salted water until tender. In the meantime, tackle the meat component.
  2. First, lightly fry the minced meat in vegetable oil, then add the carrots, chopped into cubes and grated on a grater, to it. Reduce heat and cook until vegetables are soft and caramelized.
  3. Put half of the rice in a greased form in an even layer no thicker than 2 cm, on it - fried minced meat with vegetables and the next layer - the remaining half of the rice.
  4. Lightly beat the raw chicken egg with sour cream and water. Pour the resulting mixture evenly over the casserole in the form. This will help hold it together and not fall apart later. Cook for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Curd and rice casserole


Curd - rice casserole is not only tasty, but also healthy.

To prepare this delicious dish from cottage cheese and rice you will need:

  • 350 g of boiled rice or rice porridge;
  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • 100 g sugar;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 3 g salt;
  • 3 g vanillin;
  • vegetable oil and semolina to prepare the form.

Baking sequence:

  1. Combine cottage cheese grated through a sieve with eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat these ingredients with a mixer for three to five minutes. Then mix thoroughly with rice porridge.
  2. Lubricate the form vegetable oil and sprinkle with dry semolina. Transfer the prepared curd-rice mass into it. Bake for about 60 minutes, temperature - 180 degrees. It can be served slightly cooled and cold.

In a multicooker

For a rice casserole dish in a slow cooker, you should prepare the following products:

  • 300 g of boiled rice;
  • 180 g sour cream;
  • 100 g of apple;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 90 g sugar;
  • 50 g raisins;
  • 15 g butter;
  • 5 g cinnamon powder.

We cook as follows:

  1. Whisk lightly the sour cream, eggs and 2/3 of the sugar. Spread out in this mass boiled rice and washed raisins, mix.
  2. Core the apple, cut into strips and mix with the remaining sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Place half of the rice mixture in a greased pot. Spread the apple straw on it in an even layer, on top - the remaining rice mass, on top of which put small pieces of butter.
  4. Cook the casserole using the Bake option for 50 minutes. After cooking is complete, let the dish cool slightly in the multicooker, then turn over onto the steamer wire rack and cool before serving.

Rice porridge casserole


Is there any milk porridge left? No problem! You can always cook from it delicious casserole.

To make a rice milk porridge casserole, you need:

  • 400 ml of milk;
  • 100 g of rice groats;
  • 120 g sugar;
  • 30 g butter;
  • 3 chicken egg yolks;
  • 2-3 g vanillin;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking steps:

  1. First of all, we cook milk rice porridge... Boil milk in a saucepan of suitable size, add washed cereal, add butter. Cook until rice is cooked.
  2. Grind egg yolks with sugar and vanilla. Combine the resulting mixture with rice porridge, after which a mass should be obtained in consistency close to cream.
  3. Transfer to a prepared form, which should spend 40 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees

To make the rice porridge casserole covered with a delicious caramel crust, grease the mold for it with butter and grind it with sugar.

Option for the smallest

Rice casserole as in kindergarten for the little ones is prepared from:

  • 180 g of rice;
  • 500 ml of milk;
  • 200 g sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 100 g raisins;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 2 g vanillin.

  1. Boil the washed rice in water for 10 minutes after boiling. Then drain the water, and pour the milk heated to a boil over the rice and cook until cooked.

  • 100 rice;
  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • 100 g of crystalline sugar;

  1. Boil rice grits in milk. Chop the banana pulp into slices and grind the cookies into crumbs.

You can start giving the casserole to children at the age of 1 year. The variety of cooking methods will allow you to delight your loved ones with delicious and healthy dishes.

Rice casserole, like in kindergarten, is delicious, airy, tender and incredibly fragrant; all children will like it, but adults are unlikely to refuse a portion of such a dessert. Rice casserole is perfect for breakfast or a snack, you can serve it with sour cream or berries, fruits, you can also add a glass of warm milk or tea. In addition to all products, various additives can be added to the casserole - raisins, candied fruits, dried fruits, nuts, etc. Be sure to try this simple but very delicious recipe, believe me, your kids will often ask you to cook the casserole again.

Ingredients for the casserole:

  • boiled rice - 150 g;
  • sour cream - 100 g;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • sugar - 1.5 tablespoons;
  • semolina - 1 tbsp.;
  • chicken eggs - 1 pc .;
  • butter.

How to make a rice casserole

Prepare everything necessary ingredients by the list. Boil the rice in advance. Rice can be used round or long, whichever you prefer. Cook rice in a 1: 2 ratio - take two parts of water for one part of rice. Pour a pinch of salt into the finished rice. Separate the yolk from the protein, add the yolk to a bowl of rice, transfer the protein to a clean, dry container.


Add sour cream and granulated sugar to the rice. You can substitute vanilla sugar for regular sugar.


Beat the protein until foamy using a mixer. Beat the protein at high speed for 3-4 minutes.


Now add some semolina to the rice, mix everything.


Add the whipped protein to the rice, mix everything again with gentle circular movements.


Let the mass stand for just a couple of minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.


Grease the casserole dish with butter.


Transfer rice dough into molds and send to the oven. Bake the dish for 25 minutes. Serve the finished rice casserole.
