The combination of two types of minced meat is absolutely not prohibited by the recipe. Therefore, pork and Ground beef, which I purchased in the store, put it in a bowl. You need to squeeze well so that as little moisture as possible remains. We pass the loaf through a meat grinder and add to the minced meat.


Onions need to be peeled. Rinse it and chop it finely. Put in the pan, add sunflower oil and fry over medium heat, not forgetting to stir. The onion should soften and take on a light golden color.


Wash the egg thoroughly (wash raw eggs before use - an immutable rule in culinary practice) and put it in a bowl of minced meat. Add fried onions to the bowl. You can mix.


Cut the ham and cheese into small cubes. However, the size of the ingredients that are added to the minced meat can be set at your discretion. But in large pieces chop is not worth it.   • To make the minced meatloaf tasty and juicy, it should be baked in a well-heated oven. Therefore, first of all, we turn on the oven, set the heating to 200 ° C, let it warm up.
  • Put the minced meat prepared in advance in a convenient vessel. Minced meat for a meatloaf can be taken from pork or beef, but it is better to make it mixed in a proportion of 50% pork and 50% beef.
  • Add 2 eggs, salt, pepper and bread crumbs to the minced meat. If there are no bread crumbs, then they can be replaced with white bread soaked in milk.
  • I pay attention to salt, I use large stone salt. If you use Extra salt, you should put it less, as it is saltier. Well, in general, salt and pepper should be put to your liking, as you usually put on meat patties.
  • Also, in the minced meat for the roll, put the seasoning of dry garlic or fresh garlic, which we clean, and then crush in a garlic.

  • Put fresh spinach leaves on top of the cheese, previously washed and dried. The amount depends on your taste. It should be noted that when cooking, the spinach layer becomes thinner, so if you put in a little spinach, then it will hardly be visible later.
  • That's practically all, now our minced meat roll will be rolled up. We fold slowly, using foil.

2 eggs,
1/2 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 cups fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp dried oregano,
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 clove of garlic
6-8 slices of ham
6-8 slices of cheese (Mozzarella or other, to taste)

In a large bowl, combine the eggs and tomato juice, whisk lightly. Add parsley, oregano, finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the ground beef, add the breadcrumbs and knead the minced meat well. We spread the minced meat on wax paper approximately 20x25 cm in size in an even layer.
