Preparation:


Prepare all the ingredients for the sauce: ketchup, honey, soy sauce, mustard, garlic - and a small bowl.


We spread all the prepared ingredients for the sauce in the specified amount (all spoons can be filled "with a slide") in a bowl (the garlic must be passed through a special "crusher", or rubbed on a fine grater, or, in extreme cases, cut very finely). We mix everything thoroughly (a spoon is enough, a mixer is not needed: everything is mixed easily) until a homogeneous mass is achieved. The sauce is ready.
