1.boil potatoes and make mashed potatoes, such as you usually do for the family
2. cut the meat into pieces (I have pork, the shoulder is not lean.) Cut the onion in half rings and fry everything as follows ... 10 minutes ... then open the lid and slightly evaporate the juice over medium heat for another 4 minutes. turn off!

3. Cut the cucumbers into half rings or strips (if large). cucumbers are only salted or barrel (from pickled, store ochs smells strongly of vinegar ..), if you have more cucumbers, add, you will not regret it!

4. Divide the defrosted dough into 4 parts (each layer, I had 2, I got 8 boats) roll out, the resulting rectangle is 1/4 times larger than ours by three. the edges of the rolled dough are slightly thinner than the middle.

5. put in the center two, three tablespoons (with a slide) cooked puree ... in the center fried meat and chopped cucumbers. on the sides we make longitudinal cuts.

If suddenly there is no ricotta in a nearby store, replace it with a homogeneous cottage cheese. Only sugar in this case will need a little more. The canned peach pie will be the king of the tea party. Its simplest version can be prepared in 45 minutes, of which only a quarter of an hour of active hostess actions, and the rest is a matter of technology, that is, the oven. You can make such a dessert from biscuit, shortbread, cottage cheese, puff and other types of dough, because they all go well with juicy fruits.

This peach pie of the hostess is often lovingly called "Fuzzy" because of the splendor and softness of the kefir dough. Baking is prepared very simply and quickly, while the filling is juicy, and outwardly looks very elegant.

Ingredient proportions:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 180 g sugar;
  • 80 g melted butter;
  • 250-300 g of canned peaches;
  • 250 g flour;
  • 12 g baking powder;
  • vanilla and thick apricot jam optional.

Step-by-step baking:

  1. Throw the halves of canned peaches in a colander to drain off excess syrup while the dough is kneading. The syrup that remains can first be boiled until thick on the fire, then thickened with a small amount of starch and used as a sauce for pancakes, pancakes or the cake itself.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar, add melted butter to them and stir in a mixture of flour, baking powder and vanillin. The result should be a fairly thick dough.
  3. Cover the rectangular baking dish with parchment, in addition the latter can be greased with oil. Pour the dough into it and smooth it soaked in cold water spoon. On top, spread the peach halves with the rounded side up, drowning them a little into the dough and leaving gaps between them.
  4. Bake the cake at 180 degrees until toothpick dry (30-35 minutes). Grease hot baked goods with thick apricot jam using a cooking brush, let cool in the mold.

To give the biscuit the taste of peaches, kefir can be diluted with syrup from canned halves or even replace it with peach yogurt.

Canned Peach Puff Pie

The easiest way to make such a pie is by placing halves of canned peaches between two sheets of puff pastry and pinching the edges, but you can also complicate the recipe by adding a gentle yoghurt filling.

In this case, you will need:

  • 500 g puff pastry;
  • 850 g puff peaches;
  • 350 g of thick natural yogurt;
  • 100 g sugar;
  • 1 egg;
  • 60-80 g semolina;
  • vanillin optional.

Priority of actions:

  1. Whisk the yogurt, sugar and semolina with a whisk. Set aside so that the cereal is saturated with moisture.
  2. Roll out the thawed layer of dough and line the bottom and sides of the mold with it. Sprinkle a little semolina on top of the base.
  3. Strain the syrup from the peaches, chop them into thin slices, which are then firmly placed on the bottom of the puff pastry base.
  4. Beat the egg until fluffy and mix with the yogurt. Pour the halves of the fruit with the resulting mixture and send the cake to the oven for 20-25 minutes, so that the filling thickens and the dough is baked. The baking temperature is 200-220 degrees.

According to this recipe, you can bake not only a layer cake with peaches, but also with apricots or nectarines, using both canned fruits and fresh ones.

Cooking using the filling method

Poured dough pies are classified as "guests on the doorstep". Jellied peach pie was no exception. For its preparation, you will need only canned peaches, but also syrup from a can. The number of ingredients on a 30 x 40 cm baking sheet will be as follows:

  • 300 g canned peaches;
  • 200 ml peach syrup;
  • 200 g butter;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 300 g sugar;
  • 390 g flour;
  • 14 g baking powder.

Progress:

  1. Prostrate flour with baking powder. Throw canned fruits in a colander. Heat the oil to a liquid state and let it cool slightly.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar, continuing to work with a mixer, add liquid oil, syrup and flour mixture. The dough will turn out like for pancakes.
  3. Grease the mold generously with a small piece of soft butter, place the canned fruit slices on the bottom and pour the dough on top.
  4. The cake can then be baked. The approximate duration of baking is half an hour, and the recommended temperature is 180 degrees.

To prevent the crust on top of the cake from being too hard, you can grease hot baked goods with butter or heavy cream. This will add tenderness to the dessert.

Delicious curd pastries

An incredibly appetizing pie is obtained, the base of which is made from dough on cottage cheese.

To prepare it, you must prepare:

  • 220 g of cottage cheese;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 155 g sugar;
  • 75 g soft butter;
  • 230 g flour;
  • 7 g baking powder;
  • 350 g canned peaches.

How to bake peach curd pie:

  1. Grind eggs, butter, sugar and cottage cheese until smooth by hand or using kitchen gadgets. Stir in baking powder and flour last.
  2. Send the dough into a generously greased form, on top - peach slices, sinking them into the base.
  3. Cook the pie in a well-heated (up to 180 degrees) oven until a dry toothpick (about 20-25 minutes).

You can decorate the cooled cake by sprinkling it with powdered sugar, and serve it with a scoop of ice cream. The fat content of the curd is not of fundamental importance when kneading the dough.

Peach Sand Pie

Delicate sand base, filling of cottage cheese and canned peaches, hidden behind sand crumbs, Is an option grated pie that will not leave anyone indifferent.

To do it, you need to prepare for the test:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 195 g granulated sugar;
  • 120 g soft butter;
  • 11 g baking powder;
  • 390 g flour.

For a juicy curd-peach filling you will need:

  • 500 g of cottage cheese;
  • 1 can of canned peaches;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 80 g of sugar (some can be replaced with vanilla);
  • 50 g cornstarch;
  • orange or lemon zest to taste.

Shortcrust pastry preparation method:

  1. Froth eggs with sugar, add butter and grind until smooth. Then add flour with baking powder and knead quickly elastic dough, which should be removed for half an hour in the cold.
  2. Kill the starch, eggs, sugar, zest and cottage cheese with an immersion blender into a homogeneous mass. Place the peaches on a sieve to allow the excess liquid to glass.
  3. Spread 2/3 of the shortcrust pastry on the bottom and sides of the split form. Put the curd mass into the resulting basket, on it - the halves of the peaches with the slices down. Grate the rest of the dough through a coarse grater on top.
  4. Cook the dessert at 200 degrees for about 40-50 minutes until a beautiful golden crust. Ready pie you should stand in the switched off oven for 10-15 minutes, and only then you can get it out.

Despite the fact that the base of baking is shortbread, it remains soft after cooling, so there is no need to cut the pie hot into portions.

Lean dessert option

Lean Peach Flip Pie is made without eggs or fatty animal products, and the baked goods are delicious. A special zest is given to it by a caramel filling, in which canned fruit slices are found.

To bake lean dessert, you need the following products:

  • 250 ml peach syrup;
  • 210 g of sugar (of which 100 g for caramel);
  • 200 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 5 g of soda;
  • 30 ml lemon juice;
  • 330 g flour;
  • canned peaches.

Baking algorithm:

  1. Send 45 ml of vegetable oil and 100 g of sugar to a frying pan with a thick bottom and prepare caramel. Line a baking dish with parchment, pour caramel on the bottom and drown the canned peach slices in it.
  2. Beat the syrup with a mixer with the remaining vegetable oil and sugar, add soda and flour slaked with lemon juice. Pour the resulting dough into a mold.
  3. Send the workpiece for half an hour to hot oven... Then take out, let stand for 10-15 minutes in the form and turn over onto a serving dish, carefully remove the parchment.

You can also cook the pie in a greased form without parchment, but in this case, before removing the dessert on a dish, the bottom must be warmed up over a fire. This way, the baked goods will not break apart, but will remain intact.

Sponge cake

A classic sponge cake can form the basis of many delicious cakes, or it can turn into a delicious canned peach pie reminiscent of a classic charlotte.

This dessert is prepared from simple and affordable products:

  • 5 eggs;
  • 180 g sugar;
  • 160 g flour;
  • 2-3 g of citric acid;
  • 2 g vanillin;
  • canned peaches in syrup.
  1. In a container with raw eggs add sugar and beat with a mixer on medium speed for 7-10 minutes. Then add citric acid and continue beating for another three minutes.
  2. On top of the egg foam, gently sift the flour through a sieve and stir in with a spatula, moving from bottom to top. Send the finished dough into a greased and floured form.
  3. Drain the syrup from the peaches and chop them into medium cubes, which are placed on top of the dough in random order. Bake until delicious golden brown at 180 degrees.

This cake, like any biscuit, can be baked in a slow cooker. The approximate cooking time is 60 minutes in the "Bake" mode.

All the proposed options for pies with canned peaches in the season can be baked with fresh fruit, but you must definitely remove the skin from them. To do this quickly, each fruit is dipped in boiling water for 30 seconds, and then immediately in ice cold.

I then frantically realized that the summer would soon be over. Unexpected indeed. After all, we were just rejoicing that the flowers finally bloomed and began to brighten already at 5 in the morning, and then August reached the middle ... It's a shame! Still, the fastest time in terms of duration is summer. As always. Winter seems endless, but summer .. Flies too fast. But this year my summer succeeded. I was in Greece, returned home, conducted a couple of interesting projects, prepared a lot and told you a lot. In general, in terms of implementing different ideas, everything almost worked out. I would like to finish one more thing, but for now it may not be given to me.

Today we have the last (sort of) peach recipe for the lazy :) I watched the blog the other day and realized that I still have a lot of recipes for puff pastry. And this is good, because many people are not very happy to cook global cakes and muffins, and someone is completely uninteresting to hang around in the kitchen for three hours, like me, choosing which cream to make for a cupcake.

For such people, puff pastry was invented, with which you can perform a huge variety of different tasty operations. Today I will tell you about a very simple rustic pie that I just composed on the go, and which you can somehow change, modernize, or even come up with something of your own based on it.

Moreover, I will decompose this simple cake for you into even simpler components. Recently, I have become interested in filming something in the process of preparation, but not on the camera, but on the iPhone. I think such photos, on the contrary, give some comfort and allow you to take a closer look at the cooking process.

Let's start with a few large, juicy peaches. Divide them in half and remove the pit. Peaches can be replaced with nectarines. Why is there. You can generally replace peaches with whatever you want.

What do we need next .. We need good puff pastry and at least half a kilogram. You can take more dough and your cake will turn out to be even more beautiful, I assure you. My cake came out with a diameter of about 22-23 cm. This is the best puff pastry, we will simply defrost it at room temperature, roll it into a layer and cut a circle, attaching a form of the required diameter from above.

Leave the circle on the baking sheet, but do not throw out what you cut off. We need these leftovers. Of these, you need to cut into strips of different lengths. Ultimately, they will serve as a grate for our pie.

Cut into strips and roll out the dough? Excellent. Now we will mix our peaches with the rest of the ingredients. There is everything here so that the juice does not stand out too abundantly from the peaches, and so that our dough does not get soaked from it. Mix everything together for a recipe in one large bowl.

And then leave this mixture for 10-15 minutes so that the starch is absorbed and the fruit takes the proper form for the cake. At the end of this time, place the fruit on the rolled dough in a circle and then spread the strips over the peaches, forming a wire rack.

As you can see, the cake before baking will look something like this:

Well, then we just send it to the oven and wait for the result. During this time, of course, the dough will begin to flake. The layers will give juice because, as you know, there is a lot of butter in the puff pastry. Plus, we have peaches, which will still emit some kind of juice. The cake will turn out great!

Top of the pie, by the way, I sprinkle vanilla sugar, and grease the cake itself with thick sour cream or whipped yolks. So it will be ruddy and even more appetizing and tasty. Many grease pies with heavy cream, while others lay pieces of butter on the surface of the pie. Each mistress has her own loophole, as they say. Use all the tricks that you once learned, so your products will have their own flavor :)

The pie is baked pretty quickly. But before serving, I recommend that you cool it completely, otherwise the fruit, along with the juice, will run from all sides and end up outside the piece. By the way, you can serve it with a scoop of ice cream, or with whipped cream, or with some kind of cream. The cake is very simple, so you can add something here to decorate it. Although my tasters noted that it is good in itself.

Well, about the name. I don’t know, for some reason I wanted to call it rustic :) You know, in the village many grandmothers bake such pies :) Well, in general, this is a good alternative to complex pastries if you are suddenly in a village or at a dacha. Usually, there are no conditions for the preparation of large-scale products, but something simple for tea can always be made in a country setting.
