Note to the hostess: the microwave does an excellent job with the functions of a "water bath". Put chocolate and butter in a special mold and send to microwave for 1 minute at maximum tº.

Then beat the sugar and eggs in a separate bowl. Beat with a whisk, or with a mixer. I prefer a blender.
