To begin with, prepare a dry mixture of sifted flour, cocoa (sift it too), sugar (use 200 grams of the total) and baking powder. Mix vigorously.


We will prepare a liquid mixture from sour cream (no matter what fat content your dairy product is), butter and drinking water. Mix with a spoon.


To prepare the chocolate dough, we combine both mixtures and, again, gently mix all the ingredients with a spoon until smooth. The structure of the dough should be similar to not very thick sour cream.


Let's take care of the curd balls. Cottage cheese, and we specifically chose dry cottage cheese in briquettes for this - no cottage cheese paste will work here, combine it with the rest of the sugar (100 g) and add starch to them.


Knead the curd mass with our hands and begin to form approximately the same balls. We got eight of them. Put it on parchment paper in the form of a circle that covers the bottom of the bowl or in a baking dish (if you want to cook in the oven).


Fill the top with dough.

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 bag (10g) baking powder

Curd balls:

  • 250 gr cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful (flat) cornstarch
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 40 g coconut flakes

Glaze:

  • 2 tbsp. sour cream spoons
  • 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder (carob)
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
  • 50 gr butter
