Ingredients for the cake:

Eggs - 4 pieces
Margarine or butter - 190 gr.
Sugar - 250 gr.
Baking powder - 2 full teaspoons

Whipped Cherry Pie - Preparation:

Melt margarine in the microwave. Pour sugar into the margarine and beat with a mixer until the grains dissolve.

Then add eggs and beat more.

Add baking powder and flour. We knead the dough (I do everything with a mixer). The dough will be thin, but firm enough.

We turn on the oven to warm up. Cover the form with paper, without smearing anything.

We spread the dough, level the top. Put the cherry on top without pressing it into the dough. In previous times, I put some of the dough in the mold, then the cherries and again the dough. But, when baking, the cherry turned out to be all at the very bottom.

The last time the dough in the pie was thicker, I put the cherries on top. After baking, it did not fall down, but remained on top. I liked this option even more.

And we put the cake to bake in an already preheated oven. The first 15 minutes we bake at a temperature of 200 * C, then we reduce the temperature to 180-175 * and bake for another 25-30 minutes.

Prerequisite: do not open the oven door for the first half hour.

Allow the pie to cool before slicing. Top finished cake can be lightly sprinkled icing sugar.

Advice. Quick Cherry Pie can be made lean. For this, kefir must be replaced with slightly warm water or compote, juice.

I pour in vegetable oil. I used olive, but I usually bake on refined sunflower.

No need to wait for the sugar to dissolve, I mix everything right away and add the sifted flour.

Cut the crust off the bread and cut into small cubes. Dry the bread in the oven until crisp, 25-30 minutes.
Whisk hot chocolate, eggs, vanillin and salt in a deep bowl.

Cover the tin with foil and set aside to soak for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 170 degrees and bake the pudding until crisp. Test the white bread pudding to make sure it's done by sticking a toothpick in the middle - if it's dry, the pudding is ready.

Place the remaining marshmallows on top of the pudding and bake in the oven for a few minutes until browned.
