For 2 legs take:

  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce, mayonnaise and vegetable oil;
  • chopped hot red pepper;
  • 3 garlic cloves.

The peculiarity of this dish is that we will cook the whole chicken legs. That is, they washed the legs, blotted them with a paper towel and marinate ahead.

Rub the chicken with pepper. Grind the garlic cloves into a gruel, and then mix with mayonnaise. Add the sauce to this and mix everything well. Fill the legs with this fragrant mass and leave for 20-30 minutes.

Grease the baking dish with oil, put the pickled legs here. We heat the oven to 200 degrees and send the chicken there for 40 minutes. About 20-25 minutes after the start of baking, turn the legs over to the other side.

With honey in the oven

The recipe for this awesomely delicious food is as follows:

  • 2 chicken legs;
  • 2 medium oranges;
  • 1 apple;
  • 1 tsp liquid honey;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • vegetable oil;
  • Italian herbs;
  • salt + pepper;
  • ground ginger.

We will cook the whole legs. Salt them and set them aside. This time we make the marinade. Pour boiling water over citrus fruits. Then we remove the skin from one fruit and survive the juice. After the zest (chopped orange peel), mix with orange juice and slightly heat the mixture. It should be around 30 degrees. Chop the garlic and send it to the orange mixture. We put honey, pepper, ginger and Italian herbs there.

Pour chicken with this marinade and leave for half an hour. Cut the onion into large slices (divide the onion into 8-10 parts). We wash the apple, cut the core out of it and cut it into slices 1 cm thick. Also cut the second orange into rings.

Grease the baking dish with oil. We put chicken with marinade and onions here. Lay out on top apple slices and orange rings. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. We send this beauty there and bake it for 40 minutes. Sprinkle the juices on the meat from time to time.

With garlic and herbs

For 2 kilos of chicken legs for the marinade, take:

  • 100 g of salt;
  • 2 liters of water;
  • 1 tbsp Sahara;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 tsp each dried basil + cumin + ground coriander + paprika + crushed allspice.

All spices, salt, sugar and garlic are added to boiling water. We boil this brine for 5 minutes over low heat. Then we cool the marinade and fill it with chicken. We send all this to the refrigerator for a day. Next, we lay out the legs on the wire rack.
