Ingredients (for 6 muffins):
- 120 g flour (of which 1 tbsp flour - for berries)
- 100 grams of sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 lemon zest
- 90 ml almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- about 75 grams of blueberries
1. Mix all ingredients except blueberries.
2. Dip the blueberries in flour (1 tbsp), then transfer to the bulk and mix gently.
3. Fill paper muffin molds 3/4 full, shake / twist gently to distribute the mixture evenly.
4. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 25 minutes (until the top is browned).
