Ingredients:

  • Butter - 80 grams
  • Sugar - 130 grams
  • Egg - 2 pieces
  • Milk - 80 ml
  • Flour (I have wheat) - 160 grams
  • Baking dough - 1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate - 80 grams
  • Bananas - 2 pieces

In fact, today I forgot to take a few photos, but I think that everything will be very clear anyway.

Before moving on to the test, there are three steps:

1. Take out the butter 15 minutes before cooking, so that it becomes soft.
2. Turn on and preheat the oven to 180 - 200 degrees.
3.Lubricate the molds vegetable oil very little.

Now let's move on to the test:

1. Beat eggs with sugar until the mixture slightly increases in volume and becomes less yellow.

2. Add the melted butter and beat a little until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

4. Slowly add flour and baking powder to the dough. Here I mix everything with just a spoon so that the dough is lighter.

This recipe is made with a large amount of dough. At times, I bake two small 26x10 muffins, one for myself and the other for someone or to freeze (It keeps well frozen. Again, wrapped in foil. 3) In a deep bowl, combine both types of flour, baking powder and salt.

4) Place peeled, broken bananas in a blender bowl. Beat until smooth and add two types of sugar and eggs. Add eggs one at a time, continuing to beat.

5) Add the flour mixture in batches while continuing to beat. Add butter, sour cream, vanilla extract and cocoa.

Beat everything well again.

6) Add chocolate drops (or chopped chocolate pieces) to the dough and mix well, but with a spatula.


7) Put the dough into a mold (or molds).

I suggest you bake a simply amazing chocolate banana muffin with a crispy sugar crust. This muffin is a great combination of bananas, walnuts and dark chocolate.
