Recipe

Grind the egg with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add butter and mayonnaise (sour cream).

Then add raisins (cinnamon or lemon zest if you wish).

In a separate bowl, mix the flour with baking powder and combine with the rest of the ingredients. We knead the dough.

Peel and core the apple and cut into small cubes. We connect with the dough.

Using two spoons, spread the dough in small mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

At first it seems that it is impossible to mix apples with such a thick dough, but gradually everything starts to work out. We take the dough in small portions, kneading it with your fingers and mixing with apples.

Now we form balls from the dough and put them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. If the dough sticks to your hands, moisten your palms with water. The size of the balls can be any, I got each weighing a little less than 50 g.
