Expect your breadmaker to beep after 30 minutes to tell you to add more ingredients. Beat room temperature chicken eggs into a bowl.

Pour in the remaining granulated sugar, pour in the melted chilled butter.

Pour in the remaining flour, leaving 0.5 cups drizzled when the dough is done. Close the lid of the bakery and go about your business.

To prepare raisin cake you will need:

Flour (premium grade) - 550 g;

Milk - 200 ml;

Butter - 100 g;

Eggs - 3 pcs.;

Salt - 1 tsp;

Sugar - 100 g;

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;

Vanillin - 1 sachet;

Turmeric - a pinch

Dry yeast - 7 g;

Raisins - 50-70 g;

Powdered sugar - 100 g;

Lemon juice - 1 tsp;

Multi-colored powder.

Make a well in the middle and add yeast. Set the "Dough" mode (I have 1 hour 30 minutes).

While kneading the dough, add the raisins at the signal. The dough can also be kneaded by hand. To do this, sift the flour into a deep bowl, make a depression. Pour in yeast, add salt, sugar, vanillin, vegetable oil and turmeric. Pour in the mixture of warm milk, butter and yolks. Knead a dough that will not stick to your hands and table. Then stir in the raisins. Leave the dough in a warm place to set for 1 hour.

I suggest a recipe fragrant Easter cake of very simple test on dry, fast-rising yeast. My dough was kneaded in a bread maker, but it's easy to knead it by hand. As a filling in a kulich - dried apricots and prunes, to enhance the taste, a little sprinkled with cognac. You can bake 2-3 large Easter cakes or about 10 small - portioned.

To prepare fragrant cakes in a bread maker, you will need:

Flour - about 4.5-5 cups;

Water - 1 glass;

Powdered milk- 2 tbsp. spoons;

Creamy margarine - 200 g;

Eggs - 2 pieces;

Sugar - 1 glass;

Vanilla - the contents of 2/3 of the pod or vanilla sugar - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;

Dried apricots - 10 pieces;

Prunes - 10 pieces;

Cognac (rum or balm) - 1 tbsp. spoon;

Yeast (for example, saf-moment) - 1 sachet (11 g).

Notes:

1. Instead of water and milk powder, you can use milk - 1 glass.

2. To paper forms better kept a cylindrical shape, they can be tied with a thread.

3. When kneading by hand, the dough must be allowed to rise 2 times, ie. after the first rise, you need to knead it and wait for its second rise, and then let it stand and rise in forms.
