Peel the banana, break it into small pieces and throw it into a container in which we will work with an immersion blender.

We thoroughly puree the banana with a blender, even if it seems to you that everything is ready, work with the blender for another 10 seconds. We should have a fairly liquid banana mass. We immediately squeeze into banana puree lemon juice and mix. We saved the banana sauce from browning.

  • bananas - 1-2 pieces (or 200 grams of pulp);
  • sour cream (can be replaced with yogurt) - 50 grams;
  • lemon juice - ½ tablespoon;
  • vanilla sugar - 5 grams.
