Coffee is the most popular beverage in the world. There are many varieties and brands of it, so the buyer often faces a difficult choice: which coffee is the best?

In Russia, ground coffee is inferior to instant coffee in terms of popularity. But for its lovers, there are many well-known brands on the market with their own lines of varieties.

So how do you choose the perfect coffee for yourself?

We talked about how to properly brew ground coffee in a cup.

Which ground coffee is better

The taste of coffee beans determines several parameters: the ripening conditions of the plant, the climate in which it grows, weather conditions and even the composition of the soil.

Manufacturer country

  1. Coffee from India is considered strong and has a spicy, bitter and sweet flavor. Indian coffee is completely devoid of sourness, which is considered a characteristic of Arabica.
  2. Kenyan and Yemeni varieties are famous for their high caffeine content and low acidity. Colombian and Brazilian coffees have higher acidity. Alpine varieties are distinguished by their delicate taste and rich aroma. The bitterness characteristic of coffee is practically not felt in them.
  3. Ethiopian coffee is of impeccable quality. From its grains, a high-quality, strong and deep drink is obtained, in the taste of which you can distinguish chocolate notes and there are light fruity hints.
  4. Coffee from Brazil often has an unpleasant pharmaceutical taste. The reason for this is the high content of quinine in the soil. Its grains are rarely used neat. As a rule, they are part of blends and mixtures.
  5. Cuban coffee is exported as blends. They go on sale under the qubit trademark.
  6. The best single coffees are sold as beans. Specialized coffee shops often provide an additional free service for grinding beans right at the point of purchase.

Today, the freeze-dryd drink is gaining popularity, or and what are its main differences from the instant drink - read the article at the link.

Most delicious recipe We recommend making mochacino in: all the aroma of a quality Arabica variety is in your cup.

Varieties

Roast degree

The brightly colored pods that we see in stores usually contain heavily roasted coffee. Russian and European companies, purchasing grain from producers, most often fry the mixture on their own, using the Italian roasting technology. This product approach is easy to explain. Lightly roasted ground coffee cannot be stored for a long time, even if it is packed in vacuum bags.

Those who are used to buying grain by weight need to know that the strength of the finished drink depends on the degree of roasting.

For ground coffee, a strong to medium roast is considered optimal. After all, only she is able to reveal the flavor bouquet of coffee beans.

Grinding degrees

The classification of grind grades is quite simple and understandable even for those who are not professionals in the coffee industry. It includes 5 basic steps.

Rating of the best brands of ground coffee

Coffee trade marks are widely represented on supermarket shelves and are able to satisfy the most demanding and discerning tastes. Of course, if there is an opportunity, it is better to buy monosort rather than mixtures.

The most delicious coffees

Varieties from Central America, Kenya and Ethiopia are highly valued. Professional experts prefer Blue Mountain from Jamaica, Panamanian Geisha and Kopi Luwak (Indonesia). But buyers in different countries the world has its own preferences regarding the choice of goods.

Coffee is one of the most exquisite drinks found in almost every home. Ground coffee has a special status. It is he who is chosen by all gourmets in order to feel the true taste of this drink, as well as to feel the desired effect. Choosing ground coffee is an art that requires special knowledge. Many people can rely on the seller for this, however, this is a big mistake. Most often, the seller himself is not aware of the varieties and characteristics, but is simply trying to sell you something that is beneficial to him. That is why we have prepared 9 expert tips for you to help you make right choice among wide variety ground coffee in our.

There is an opinion that it is necessary to buy ground coffee exclusively from Brazil, Colombia or India, since it is there that the huge plantations of our element are located. But you should not make a choice in favor of these countries. Countries such as Italy, Germany and others buy coffee from the above countries, and then apply certain roasting and grinding methods to them. Moreover, the technologies of these states are more progressive, so we can say that the final product is better. That is why it is better to give preference to progressive countries, in which the necessary fruits do not grow, but coffee is produced under a well-known brand, than to "coffee" countries that do not have the proper technology and brand.

Before choosing, decide which cooking method is right for you. For each preparation method, ground coffee of a certain grind level is required. Fine and superfine grinding must be taken in order to prepare a drink in a Turk. If you are going to brew in a filter coffee maker, then medium or coarse coffee is suitable for you. Fine grinding is inappropriate here, as it will not transfer the proper taste to the finished drink. The choice between medium and coarse grinding should be made based on the specifics of your technique. You will also need an espresso grind to make espresso in a dedicated coffee machine.

The degree of roast plays an important role in determining the taste. The important thing to understand here is that there is no right degree of roast. Roasting is as follows:

This is just a general classification, as the terminology differs from country to country. You need to know one thing - the higher the degree of roasting, the richer the taste of the finished drink will be. Always look at this parameter on the package so as not to find yourself in a situation where your coffee turns out to be too bitter. Remember that the Italian product is often the strongest. The rest of the producing countries produce completely different ground coffee.

Of course, there are an indefinite number of varieties. They all have their own special taste, which, in general, can only be recognized true gourmet or a person with good taste buds. However, all these varieties are reduced to two that are considered classic - arabica and robusta. On the packaging, you can often find the inscription "100% Arabica". Its meaning is clear, but how does it affect the taste of the drink?

Arabica has a slight sourness, rich taste and strong aroma. It has less caffeine than robusta. The "Robusta" variety has a stronger taste, instead of sourness, there are bitter notes, and it also contains more caffeine. Rarely can you find 100% Robusta coffee on the shelves, as it is used to dilute Arabica. Thus, we get the mixture for the espresso drink. Pay attention to the percentage of these two varieties on the package to understand what kind of drink you can make.

Now every consumer has the opportunity to choose ground coffee with a variety of flavors. It can be a drink with chocolate, nuts, cognac and other flavors. This raises the question of how to distinguish natural from analogue with flavors. The answer is as follows: natural coffee with an additional aroma can only be with some kind of free-flowing spices. For example, with cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, etc. You can be sure that a drink with some kind of fruit, chocolate or alcohol is chemistry.

Attention! Always look at the composition of such drinks. If it is natural, then only it and an additional ingredient should be included in the composition. Drinks with chemical additives not only will not help you experience the real taste, but also can negatively affect your health.

There is a special gas bubble inside the fried beans, which stores the entire aroma of this drink. After grinding, the coffee begins to "run out", which leads to a complete loss of aroma. To avoid this effect, buy coffee in a vacuum briquette. It will preserve the aroma of your drink in the best way, and will also prevent it from spilling. Never buy coffee in paper bags that are in the store for a long time. If you are looking for coffee by weight, which is sold exclusively in paper bags, then ask to grind it in front of you to be sure of its freshness and aroma. When you come home, do not forget to pour it into a can or vacuum briquette, which you will select specifically for your favorite drink and do not use for other purposes.

Very often, manufacturers add some kind of impurity to save money. Most often it is chicory. Of course, nothing bad can be said about it, except that you pay for coffee and get it. To check if your coffee has additional impurities, simply pour a handful into cold water... Good coffee will float all over the top, and any impurities will settle to the bottom or color your water. This tip will allow you to understand next time whether to make a choice in favor of one or another option.

The cost of coffee is not a factor that matters a lot when choosing coffee, because by following all the previous tips, you can choose good coffee for a small price. But there are still a few nuances here that you need to take into account. Do not think that the most expensive coffee will be the tastiest and most aromatic.

The high price of coffee may depend on the specifics of its production. There are varieties in the production of which the digestion of animals is involved. For example, the palm civet is used for the production of one of the varieties, the price of which reaches several tens of thousands of rubles per kilogram. This animal eats fruits, after which they leave its digestion and are collected by people. These fruits are roasted, and we get a unique type of coffee, which has a difference in price, but not a very big difference in taste. This striking example shows that you should not make a choice solely in favor of expensive coffee.

Focus on the average price, then you can be sure that this product is not overpriced due to the peculiarities of production, but at the same time the coffee is good enough, because it costs more than budget options.

If you want to act according to the principle "I will buy it to last for a long time", then with ground coffee- this is not very competent. As we already mentioned, coffee has a tendency to "run out". Even the most correct packaging will not protect him from this. When buying coffee, expect somewhere between 5-10 days. It is during this period that freshly ground coffee can retain its full aroma and taste.

To get the most out of your favorite drink, follow these tips. They will allow you to transform coffee drink into a real masterpiece that will warm you on winter evenings and wake you up every morning.

The first public institution in Europe, where guests were served fragrant Arabica, opened in Venice. This happened twenty years after the trip of Prosper Alpini to Egypt. The Venetian coffee house was located in Piazza San Marco - and, according to the assurances of historians, it was very popular both among locals and among travelers arriving in Venice from other states.
I must say that the European healers of the Renaissance era were ambiguous about coffee. However, in the writings of many famous physicians of those times, you can find references to the beneficial substances contained in aromatic grains.
So, professor of medicine and part-time avid traveler Leonardo Raufwolf, in his book on the East, wrote about coffee as an amazing healing elixir that helps with almost all diseases.
He claimed that this product has a lot useful properties... In particular, it is recommended to use coffee for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. And Raufwolf was shocked by how small portions this drink is served in the East - literally at the bottom of the cup. "It is black as ink, very hot and delicious!" this is what Dr. Leonardo wrote.
In 1660, this foreign product was blessed by Pope Clement VIII. Since then, in Europe, it has ceased to be considered "unclean", and has become a favorite drink of Christians and Catholics.
Active trade between Italy and the East also contributed to the popularization of this product. Soon they started talking about him in other European countries - including in foggy England.

How the British perceived natural roasted ground coffee:

  • At the end of the 17th century, the first coffee house was opened in London. Various types of roasted coffee were served there, as well as many hours of chess tournaments and news were discussed.
  • Visited English coffee houses and avid travelers, and merchants, and insurance agents. Fifteen years after the opening of the first such establishment in England, there were already more than three thousand places where fragrant arabica was brewed and served to guests.

Once the Russian writer Karamzin dropped into a London coffee shop. In his "Letters of a Russian Traveler" he later wrote that he was surprised at the number of Russian merchants who enjoyed English coffee. In this institution, the Russian language flowed like a river - and the Arabica served to the guests was truly magnificent!
Remarkable is the fact that women were banned from entering English coffee houses for some time. The offended ladies even published the "Women's Petition Against Coffee" to be banned from their husbands. However, according to historians, the number of coffee houses only increased every year.
And this despite the fact that the English (and French) the authorities also protested against the collective drinking of coffee. According to the authorities, such gatherings were fertile ground for organizing all sorts of conspiracies.

In Russia, natural roasted ground coffee became widespread thanks to Peter the Great:

  • The emperor became addicted to this drink in Holland. While in Amsterdam, Peter lived with the burgomaster Nikolaas Witsen. It was Witsen who introduced our emperor to this product.
  • It cannot be said that the coffee imported from Europe was positively received by the public. Old Believers called for avoiding the use of this botanical product, claiming that it was "from the evil one." Its use at that time was not approved by the Orthodox Church either. However, after a while, the persecution came to naught.

The first public coffee house was opened in Russia under Anna Ioannovna. The Russian empress simply could not live without the exquisite taste and aroma of this drink. Every morning, even before she got out of bed, she ate roasted and ground coffee brewed according to a special recipe.
Among our compatriots who respected this drink, such outstanding personalities as Herzen, Belinsky, Fet and many others were noted. The writer Brodsky and the poet Akhmatova loved the aroma and taste of coffee.
Akhmatova even came up with a special test for new acquaintances, which later became a real legend. Conventionally, the poetess divided all people into two categories. The first - those who loved tea, kept dogs and read Pasternak. These people, according to Akhmatova, were reliable and sane, but somewhat simple-minded.
And lovers of natural ground coffee, cats and Mandelstam's poetry, according to the poetess, were refined people, intellectually developed, with good taste, but at the same time quite nervous.
Of course, this opinion is very subjective. Moreover, natural coffee is the most popular drink in the world. It is used by both cunning and simple people, both sophisticated aesthetes and hard-working peasants, both cat owners and dog breeders. However, fans of the poetess' work claim that Anna Andreevna was right. And that a person's taste preferences primarily determine his character. Well, well - let's not argue with them.

In the 90s of the last century, Russia officially entered the top ten countries that consume coffee in the largest quantities. After the restructuring, the number of establishments serving fragrant freshly brewed grains increased exponentially every year. Some coffee shops began to be in demand and became cult, others were closed due to their lack of demand.

Until recently, there were very few good roasters in Russia. In our country, they mainly exported not raw, but already roasted coffee. In the process of long-term transportation, it lost its properties - in particular, its aroma was no longer as saturated as immediately after heat treatment.

Fortunately, today natural roasted ground coffee is also produced in Russia. For example, in ROASTNMILL:

  • We select the highest quality grains. We bring exquisite varieties from different continents. Roasting of natural coffee is carried out according to the author's methods of ROASTNMILL specialists on certified European equipment
  • The percentage of broken grains, the percentage of moisture content, shell characteristics and other organoleptic and physicochemical indicators fully comply with GOST
  • Natural coffee - ground or beans - we pack in multilayer paper bags with a fastener valve. This valve prevents oxygen from entering the inside of the bag. Therefore, roasted coffee is guaranteed not to oxidize and will not change either its appearance or flavor characteristics. Note that ROASTNMILL packaging is ideal not only for transportation, but also for the subsequent storage of the product.

Today there are about 250 types of coffee trees in the world. However, there are only three main varieties, and the rest appeared by crossing them.
The name of the most valuable botanical type of coffee is on everyone's lips. This is Arabica, a premium product. She, in turn, is subdivided into a large number of different names - about 60.
Its varieties grow on the plains, but the highest quality fruits are traditionally harvested in mountainous areas - at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level. The higher the plantation, the brighter the taste.
In addition to its exquisite taste and aromatic properties, Arabica has a relatively low percentage of caffeine in beans.
The shape of the grains of this valuable variety is oval. The taste is distinctly acidic.

The name of the second botanical subspecies is Robusta. It was discovered in 1860 in Uganda, near Lake Victoria. The beans of this natural coffee have more bitterness than sourness. And robusta is also much more tart and strong. It grows in close proximity to the equator.

The name of the third botanical subspecies sounds like Liberica. It was discovered in Guinea, and relatively recently - in the twentieth century. Liberica's trees can grow up to 18 meters in height. Flavoring properties this subspecies are quite peculiar, so the demand for this natural roasted and ground coffee is not too great. Basically, the finest grinded Liberica fruits are used for the preparation of confectionery.

The listed types differ from each other in many indicators. This is the percentage of moisture, and the size of the grains, and the amount of active substances contained in roasted beans - including volatile aromas that are responsible for the aroma of ground coffee.
There is another special subspecies - decaffeinated. This complex term means a special treatment, as a result of which caffeine is removed from the beans. Of course, it cannot be completely removed - you can only reduce the concentration. This harmless coffee, allowed even for hypertensive patients, was created by the inventor Ludwig Roselius, allegedly in memory of his father, who died of heart failure. However, this is just a legend. But the fact that Roselius patented the US caffeine-free technology is a well-known fact.

Of course, the technology of its heat treatment also influences the taste and aroma properties of the product. At ROASTNMILL you can buy natural roasted and ground coffee of the highest quality. Natural ground coffee is the most popular soft drink, which is liked by almost everyone who has tasted it at least once. What could be better than a cup of aromatic coffee in the morning before work or at lunchtime? This invigorating drink has many fans around the world due to its unique aroma that cannot be confused with anything.

The time is not known for certain when people learned to make coffee as a drink. It is believed that the miraculous properties of the dark fruit of the coffee tree were first discovered by an ordinary shepherd, who noticed that his goats were very active after eating these fruits. The shepherd shared his observations with the abbot of the monastery, who, after checking the veracity of the young man's words, began to use the drink from these grains in order to give it to the monks, since they had a habit of falling asleep during prolonged prayers. This drink not only relieved drowsiness, but also restored strength, and also helped to concentrate.

Originally, coffee beans were used raw. The Arabs came up with the idea of roasting them for making coffee. They were the first to decide to add aromatic additives like ginger and cinnamon to the resulting liquid, and also mix coffee with milk.

Only in the 18th century, the method of cooking aromatic drink and the news of its miraculous properties spread throughout the world. The first coffee shops and coffee factories began to appear, and the popularity of coffee only grew. Today there are many varieties of natural ground coffee, which we will discuss in our article.

Varieties of natural ground coffee

Among the varieties of natural ground coffee, there are two main ones: Arabica and Robusta... They have cardinal differences, as well as their fans and opponents. Let's take a closer look at these varieties of natural coffee.

Arabica is the most popular type of coffee, as it is characterized by a particularly rich mild aroma and delicate taste.

The Arabian coffee tree, from which the fruit is harvested, is a very whimsical crop. The mountainous tropics with high humidity and an average air temperature of fifteen to twenty-five degrees Celsius are considered favorable conditions for the cultivation of Arabica. The tree is not frost-resistant, so it may die during the first frost.

During the entire life cycle of a coffee tree, the soil under it must be fertilized without fail.

To date, up to forty varieties of Arabian wood are used for the preparation of natural ground coffee. Plants bear fruit twice a year.

Robusta is a less popular variety of natural ground coffee. In its pure form, Robusta grains are almost never used, as they have a bitter taste. Most often, this type of coffee is used to create drinks in combination with arabica. In addition, Robusta beans contain more caffeine than other coffees.

The Canephorus Robusta tree, from which coffee fruits are obtained, is less whimsical than the Arabian one. Best conditions for its cultivation, these are humid tropics with an average temperature of 25-28 degrees Celsius and regular precipitation in the form of rain.

The yield of robusta can reach fifteen times a year, if the plant is provided with optimal conditions for existence.

There are also other varieties of natural ground coffee, but they are much less popular than Arabica and Robusta. You can rarely find them on store shelves, but if you are a true connoisseur of coffee, you can go to the countries where these trees are cultivated and try other varieties of the aromatic drink.

Benefit and harm

The benefits and harms of natural ground coffee are a constant topic of heated debate. It is no secret that any product has both positive and negative qualities, and coffee is no exception. Let's take a closer look at the benefits and harms that natural coffee can bring.

To begin with, I would like to talk about the negative qualities of the drink. First of all, you should know that coffee has diuretic properties as well as a dehydrating effect. If you take it in small quantities, then you will not have to feel these negative qualities on yourself, so it is not recommended to abuse this drink. In addition, natural ground coffee is able to increase blood pressure, from which it can be concluded that it is prohibited to use it for people with hypertension in any quantity. Also, the drink can be addictive and put a lot of stress on the heart, which is another good reason to carefully control the amount of coffee you drink. Doctors do not recommend giving this drink to children under 14 years old, as it can disrupt the child's sleep pattern.

And now we can move on to the positive properties of natural ground coffee. A small amount of drink per day can have effects such as:

  • improving concentration and attention;
  • relieving fatigue;
  • help in dealing with stressful situations and depression;
  • increased brain and muscle activity;
  • stimulation of lung function and reduction of asthma attacks;
  • beneficial effect on the immune system;
  • improving the digestion process.

Natural coffee beans are a source of antioxidants and organic acids, which makes it possible to prevent the development and formation of cancer cells in the body. But the benefits of natural ground coffee can only appear if you drink no more than two cups a day. More can harm the body and disrupt your sleep patterns. It should also be remembered that the calorie content of one cup of the drink is 200 kilocalories.

How to brew natural ground coffee?

It is necessary to brew natural ground coffee correctly, otherwise you risk getting not a fragrant invigorating drink, but a tasteless liquid. It should be clarified that natural ground coffee can be soluble and insoluble. The first variety can be easily and quickly brewed directly in a mug, but you will have to tinker with insoluble coffee. In our article, we will tell you in detail how to properly and deliciously prepare aromatic natural coffee at home.

Brew in a cup

Brew natural ground instant coffee in a cup as easy as shelling pears. In taste, such a drink is somewhat inferior to coffee brewed in a Turk, but remains the same aromatic. The process of making such coffee in a cup is as follows.:

  1. First, rinse the cup in which you will brew coffee with strong boiling water. This will keep the drink hot for longer.
  2. Next, pour coffee powder into the container, based on the calculation: two small spoons per one hundred and fifty milliliters of water.
  3. The water that needs to be poured into coffee must necessarily have a temperature of no higher than 97 degrees Celsius, since strong boiling water can destroy most of the aromatic particles, which is why the taste and aroma of coffee will not be so intense.
  4. After filling the powder with water, cover the mug with a small saucer and leave the drink to infuse for about two minutes.

When ready, you can drink natural coffee, adding cinnamon, ginger, chocolate or milk if desired. If you have one hundred percent Arabica at your disposal, then it is better not to spoil such a drink with various impurities, limiting yourself only to sugar.

How to prepare natural ground coffee in a Turk?

Making natural roasted ground coffee in a Turk is a little more difficult than just brewing it in a mug. To do this, you need a Turk, which can be bought at coffee shops. The material from which it is made does not really matter, but the Turks from brass are considered to be of higher quality.

It is necessary to properly brew natural coffee in a Turk as follows:

  1. First, sugar is put into the Turk. For two hundred and fifty milliliters of water, usually take one or two tablespoons, but if you have a sweet tooth, you can add three tablespoons.
  2. Pour clean water into the container so that it reaches the Turk's neck.
  3. Without stirring the ingredients, pour two tablespoons of ground coffee into the water and place the turkey on the stove.
  4. Turn on a medium heat and watch the water heating while still not stirring the ingredients in the turk. If the water starts to boil, then you haven't put in enough coffee. In this case, it is better to start the process anew, freeing the Turk.
  5. If you did everything correctly, a yellowish foam will begin to form on the surface of the liquid. When it reaches the very top of the Turk, the container must be removed from the stove, mixed and returned back to the fire. When the foam reaches the top again, remove the turk from the heat again, stir the drink and return to the stove. In total, this must be repeated four times.
  6. When you remove the foam for the fourth time, turn off the heat and leave the Turk on the stove for half a minute, after which you can pour ready-made aromatic coffee into cups.

It is very important to rinse the cups with boiling water before pouring the drink into them. In this case, the coffee stays hot longer, and also does not lose its aroma and taste when it comes into contact with a cold mug.

Enjoy natural ground coffee with pleasure and do not forget that you can drink no more than two cups of coffee a day!

Coffee has long become one of the most beloved drinks in the whole world. Today there is a huge variety of coffee blends with original taste and aroma, many original recipes making coffee, there is even decaffeinated coffee or with special medicinal additives. But we'll talk about useful and harmful properties the most ordinary coffee - natural or instant, and whether it is worth drinking it, and in what quantities.

Many legends and gossip have been around for a long time. It is sometimes considered a panacea for all ills, then it is declared a harmful product and it is recommended to limit its use. And the practical experience of using this drink, as well as medical research, proves that everything here depends on the amount of coffee, the method of its preparation and the patient's state of health.

Composition of coffee

The impact of coffee on human health is due to its chemical composition. A variety of substances can be found in coffee beans, including the well-known caffeine and protein, as well as trigonelline, chlorogenic acid, and various mineral salts. The listed substances account for about 25% of the mass of raw coffee beans, and the rest is fiber, oil and water. It should be borne in mind that the amount of these substances and their combination depends on the type of coffee.

What are the benefits and harms of eating kiwi during pregnancy:

Caffeine is the most famous substance in coffee. It is caffeine that regulates and enhances the processes of arousal in the brain. If you choose an adequate dose of caffeine, then it will help increase mental alertness, efficiency, and also relieve fatigue and drowsiness. But the systematic use of large doses of caffeine can lead to dependence and depletion of the nervous system. Very large doses of caffeine can even cause death in the patient.

Another important ingredient in coffee is trigonelin. This is a substance that is involved in the creation unique aroma coffee, in addition, when roasted, it turns into nicotinic acid, a lack of bark provokes pellagra disease.

An important component of coffee is chlorogenic acid only found in raw coffee beans... When roasted, it breaks down and other organics are produced, which give the coffee its characteristic astringent flavor. The rest of the acids in coffee, such as malic, citric, acetic and coffee, help to normalize the activity of the gastrointestinal tract and improve digestion.

Bitterness in coffee is a consequence of the presence of tannins in it.... Tannins are complex organic substances with a wide spectrum of activity, but they decompose under the influence of dairy products, so coffee with milk loses its bitterness. In addition, coffee contains up to 20% daily value vitamin P, which has the ability to strengthen blood vessels, and useful minerals such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus and iron.

A vicious circle is forming, and it is not easy to get out of it.

When drinking coffee, remember that this drink has a pronounced diuretic effect. This negatively affects not only the functioning of the kidneys and ureter, but also the whole organism, which begins to experience a lack of moisture. Therefore, in parallel with drinking coffee, it is important to drink other liquids.

A lot of talk revolves around the negative effect of coffee on the work of the heart. But in reality, this influence is too small to be taken seriously. Coffee raises blood pressure, but for a very short time and can only harm a person who already has serious heart problems.

Much more serious is the negative effect of coffee on the stomach. After drinking this drink, the acidity in the stomach increases, which can cause heartburn, as well as the development of gastritis and ulcers.
