I bring to your attention a pie that will diversify your menu - this is a vegetable pie with mushrooms. Translated from English, "pie" means pie.

The main difference between this cake is a thin layer of dough and more filling. You can use vegetable, meat or sweet filling... It is advisable to use shortbread dough no added sugar. You can use any mushrooms, this time I took the chanterelles, which I had previously boiled.

Let's make the dough. To do this, pour salt into the flour, mix.

Add oil and crush with hands.

Add an egg, prepare a shortbread dough (add 1-2 tablespoons of ice water if necessary). Wrap in plastic and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cooking the filling. Place the corn and peas on a sieve.

Cut the mushrooms not very coarsely, leave a few mushrooms for decoration. If you have canned mushrooms, drain the marinade. Cut the ham (you can take half-smoked sausage) into small cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Cover the split baking dish (diameter - 26 cm) with baking paper. Roll out the dough and transfer it with a rolling pin into the mold. Decorate the sides, often prick the bottom with a fork.

In a bowl, mix: corn, peas, ham and 1/3 of the cheese.

Pour the mixture onto the dough.

Let's prepare the fill. Beat eggs with a whisk. Add cream and remaining cheese and stir.

Pour the filling over the filling. Decorate with mushrooms on top (optional). Bake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for about 45-60 minutes.

Cool the vegetable pie with mushrooms a little. Serve warm.

Bring everything together to a boil, leave to stand under the lid for 5-7 minutes and pour into cups through a sieve.

2-3 cloves,
zest of 1 orange or lemon,
ginger, mint to taste

Preparation:

1. To prepare two servings of this spicy winter tea, measure out two glasses of water. Pour water into a ladle and put on low heat.

2. Take black tea, measure out half a tablespoon and add to boiling water. This amount of tea will allow us to get a drink of medium strength. You can add more or less tea if desired.


3. This tea must be sweet. Not cloying, but sweetish. Orange sourness really needs a shade, for two servings it is enough to add 2 teaspoons of sugar.


4. Wash the fruit and wipe it dry. The fact that this is not quite an ordinary tea is indicated even by the way of cutting fruits. It is important that the orange and apple slices remain intact, not crumpled, large enough to serve as a decoration for the drink.
