Add the minced meat with spices, egg, semolina and rice (we will pre-salt all the water from it), mix and leave for about a quarter of an hour alone.

In the meantime, peel and rinse the second onion, the remaining garlic, carrots, and chop randomly.

Pour oil into a multicooker bowl and sauté hot vegetables for three minutes in the "Fry" mode. Then add the carrots and continue frying for a couple of minutes.

Parallel to the operation of the multicooker from minced meat roll up small meatballs (slightly larger than a plastic tennis ball) and roll in flour.

Put the meatballs with rice in a bowl directly on top of the vegetables.

Mix the remaining flour with ketchup, sour cream, broth and salt, and pour the meatballs in a slow cooker with this sauce.

We spread the minced meat and add boiled rice to it (boil rice until half cooked), egg, salt, pepper. Mix everything well by hand.

Grate the carrots, chop the onion.

Roll a little more balls from minced meat walnut wet your fingers in water and roll in flour.

Divide the carrots and onions into thirds. Put the first layer in a multicooker bowl, then a layer of meatballs, again carrots and onions, a layer of meatballs. Top with carrots and onions.

Stir in hot water tomato paste, sour cream, salt to taste and pour over the contents of the bowl. Switch on the "Cooking" function for 40 minutes, or "Stewing" for 1 hour. This is how classic meatballs with gravy are prepared in a slow cooker. Bon Appetit.

You probably know how to cook delicious meatballs, but we bought a multicooker and have never tried to make them in this smart device. Let's fix the mistake and cook meatballs in a slow cooker: choose minced meat, rice, all the other ingredients, and start without delay.

Meat you can take any. Our family respects pork or assorted pig and chicken. But maybe you like lean veal, or turkey, or assorted pork-beef - and take them.

Gravy- this is also important. Until I got to Greece and tried meatballs in tomato-pepper sauce, I did not even imagine how diverse the effects of this dish are, how unrecognizable it can be. Today I made a sauce for ketchup and sour cream meatballs with delicious additions.

Choosing for meatballs rice, I usually prefer steamed cereals - I like it when it is neat and a little hard. And you - decide for yourself which rice you like more. It doesn't matter at all, you just need to remember that meatballs from traditional Krasnodar and fashionable brown (“fashionable” because health is in vogue today) are different.

Preparation time: 20 minutes. Cooking time: 40 minutes. Servings: 7

Ingredients

  • chopped meat(pork) 500g
  • rice 150g
  • chicken eggs 1 pc.
  • onion 100g
  • ketchup 1 tbsp
  • sour cream 2 tbsp
  • wheat flour 1 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil 5 tbsp
  • chopped dill 1 tbsp
  • water 1 tbsp.
  • salt 2 pinches
  • bay leaf and black peppercorns to taste

In the preparation of meatballs, a Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker with a power of 1000W and a bowl volume of 5L was used.

Preparation

Onion peel and cut into small cubes. In my opinion, it is much tastier than when the onion is minced together with minced meat. In a meat grinder, he releases juice, which we are forced to drain, and when cutting, all the pieces retain their integrity, taste and aroma. In a word, cutting is more natural. Correct.

Combine minced meat, washed rice (in three waters, pay attention!), Egg, salt and chopped onion in a bowl.

We mix all the components of the minced meat by hand so that they are evenly distributed throughout the volume.

Now the sauce. Combine sour cream with ketchup and flour in a bowl, trying to mix them evenly, so add flour gradually while stirring.

Add 1 glass of water, a little salt and dissolve all the ingredients of the sauce, stirring evenly.

From the resulting minced meat, you need to mold round meatballs of any size so that they fit in one layer in the multicooker bowl.

Pour sunflower oil into the multicooker, turn on the "frying" mode, and when the container warms up a little, put the meatballs.

Fry meatballs in a slow cooker from all sides until golden brown no more than 10 minutes - this is necessary so that during extinguishing they do not lose their shape.

Turn off the "frying" mode, add bay leaves and peppercorns to taste and fill the meatballs with sauce (a mixture of flour, sour cream, ketchup and water).

Important: the meatballs should be dipped in the sauce at least half.
Sprinkle them with chopped dill or parsley, close the lid and cook in the "stewing" mode for 30 minutes at maximum pressure (70 kPa).

After the multicooker signals the end of work and the pressure drops, you can serve fragrant and hearty meatballs from the multicooker with gravy.
