Ingredients:

  • Milk or sour cream - 0.5 tbsp. (ordinary glasses)
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. (I put less)
  • Flour - 1.5 tbsp.
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Butter or margarine - 100 gr.
  • Soda, slaked with vinegar - 0.5 tsp.
  • Cocoa - 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon - 0.5 tbsp (you can not put it)

For chocolate glaze:

  • Cocoa - 2 tablespoons
  • Milk - 2-3 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons

How to make a chocolate muffin in a multicooker:

I was making a quick chocolate cake in a Panasonic 18 multicooker (4.5 L bowl, 670 W power).

Add eggs and sugar to softened butter (you can melt it a little in the microwave). You don't need to mix anything, just add the above ingredients to the container.

Pour in cocoa and cinnamon (you don't have to add it), add flour, and soda, slaked with vinegar.

Pour in milk or sour cream (I used milk). Now mix everything with a mixer until smooth, you should get not a liquid, but not a very thick dough either.

Put the resulting dough in a greased multicooker bowl, flatten.

Bake in the "Baking" mode for 80 minutes (focus on the power of your multicooker, if it is more powerful than mine, then the baking time should be reduced, for example, at 900 W, 45 minutes will be enough).

Remove the finished chocolate cake from the multicooker bowl using a steamer container.

You can simply sprinkle it with powdered sugar, or you can cut it into a couple of cakes and layer with your favorite cream, I just greased it with thick creamy yogurt.

You can pour chocolate icing on top of the cupcake. To prepare it, mix cocoa with sugar, milk and butter, heat with constant stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour hot icing over our cupcake. Top with chopped nuts.
