Now we make the filling: squeeze the garlic through a garlic press, add honey, a pinch of salt, white wine, mix.

After half an hour, we put the form out of the oven, carefully pour the chicken pieces with wine pouring with crushed garlic, send everything back to the oven for another five minutes. When the divine garlic spirit floats, boldly turn off the gas.
