    sugar - 350 grams (since I took sour tangerines, so I did not regret sugar)

Short version of cooking:

    Beat the sugar and eggs until smooth.

    Gradually add flour into the resulting mixture, mixing everything thoroughly.

    Peel the tangerines, remove the white veins, divide into wedges and cut into pieces. Add them to the dough, stir.

    Grease a baking dish with butter or vegetable oil, put the dough into it, flatten.

    Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.

Pie making process

First, let's prepare the dough for our pie. To do this, take a bowl, pour sugar and hammer in three eggs.
Beat these ingredients with a mixer. We will continue to beat until we get a homogeneous mass.
After the eggs and sugar are brought to the desired consistency, begin to gradually add flour and continue to beat. Having used all the flour, and having prepared the dough, mix it thoroughly again.
Set aside the finished dough.
Now it's time to tackle the tangerines. First, peel the tangerines. If possible, remove the white veins. Then we divide the tangerines into slices and cut into small pieces.
We introduce a juicy tangerine mixture into our dough. Mix everything well.
Now we take a suitable form (I took a cake pan), grease it with vegetable or butter. We spread our dough with tangerines in a mold. We level with a spoon.
Then we send our cake to the oven for one hour. The oven must be preheated to 180 degrees (the oven temperature should not exceed 180 degrees).

After an hour, we take the cake out of the oven, let it cool slightly, and put it on a dish.
Brew tasty tea, cut the pie into pieces and serve.
The pie turned out to be very tasty and aromatic. Although I was a little worried about the sour tangerines. I was afraid that the cake would turn out sour, so I added a little more sugar. But I was worried in vain. The cake came out sweet with notes of refreshing sourness. My family was satisfied with the prepared tangerine dessert.

And I am glad that the experiment with sour fruits was successful, and the result was such an easy to prepare and delicious cake.
