To do this, bring 2 liters of water to a boil, then lower the raw meat there, bring it to a boil again, remove the foam and cook at a very low boil until the meat is cooked. For beef, it may take 2-3 hours. The chicken will be ready in half an hour. Cool the meat in the broth. I usually cook the broth in advance, at night, so this cooking time is not too stressful. The main thing after cooking is to cool the broth and put it in the refrigerator.

To get 400 grams of boiled meat, you need to take about 600 grams of raw meat.

Dough for pancakes with meat in milk

When it's time to make pancakes, we naturally begin by making the dough. We measure all the ingredients.

In a deep bowl, mix the egg, sugar, a pinch of salt, milk and water. Add sifted flour, mix until smooth. It is better and faster to do this with a mixer.
