This product is the most popular and favorite among housewives. It's affordable, quick and easy to prepare. From the usual bird for a festive occasion, this recipe will come in handy. It's pretty simple. A subtle combination chicken meat and exotic fruit known to the hostesses for a long time, and allows you to get tasty and appetizing dish.

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast-700 grams,
  • canned pineapple-1 can,
  • spices,
  • cheese-15 slices.

I cut the meat into thin slices, season with my favorite seasoning.

I put a pineapple ring on each piece of breast. I preheat the oven to 180 degrees, send the meat for baking.

After 15 minutes, I take the chicken out of the oven, put pineapple on top of each piece of fruit, and bake it for another 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet-800 grams,
  • mayonnaise,
  • vegetable oil,
  • canned pineapple,
  • hard cheese
  • salt.

I beat off every piece of meat. Grease a baking sheet sunflower oil... I lay out pieces of chicken, salt, grease with mayonnaise, smear on the surface.

This dish will help diversify the taste sensations, it turns out great. While I was baking it in the oven, there was such an aroma in the kitchen that I counted the minutes until the end of the cooking process. Drooling, I tried, well, just lick your fingers. How delicious and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken fillet,
  • 6 pieces of large potatoes,
  • 300 gr mozzarella,
  • 150 gr of hard cheese
  • 300 gr of canned pineapples,
  • salt, pepper, Italian herbs to taste

I cut the chicken into pieces, lightly knock on the meat with a knife, this will add softness. I cut potatoes into wedges. Now marinate the potatoes and season the poultry. I add salt, pepper, seasonings to both products to taste. I pour vegetable oil into the potatoes, mix everything.

I take a baking sheet, put potatoes in the bottom layer, meat on top.

I cover the dish with mozzarella cheese.

For 20-30 minutes I put the baking sheet in a preheated oven with a temperature of 180 degrees.

After 30 minutes I take out the dish from the oven, the mozzarella has melted. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese, and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken fillet (I have thigh fillets)
  • ¼ cups soy sauce
  • ¼ cups of pineapple juice
  • ¼ cups brown sugar
  • 4 tsp chopped ginger
  • 4 chives, chopped
  • 4 small cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp hot red pepper flakes
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

1 cup = 240 ml

Preparation

Mix ingredients for marinade. Add chicken fillet... Cover with marinade. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours.

Take the chicken out of the refrigerator 20-30 minutes before cooking to bring it to room temperature.

Grilled:

Grill over medium-to-medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. For chicken breasts increase the time by 2-4 minutes.

Transfer to a dish, cover with foil and let stand for about 5 minutes.

In the oven:

You can use the broil / grill mode (225-250 C / 450-500 F-broil). Keep the baking sheet closer to the heating element. The cooking time will be approximately 10-12 minutes. Turn over once.

Remove from oven, cover with foil and let stand for about 5 minutes.

  • Advice:

You can prepare a double portion. Leave one to marinate to use immediately, put the other in the freezer right in the marinade. When defrosting fillets, thaw in the refrigerator (about 24 hours). When defrosting, the chicken will marinate.

It is convenient to use a plastic bag for the marinade.

Pickling utensils should be glass (ideally), enamelled, stainless steel, or food grade plastic.

  • Chicken breast (fillet) - 2 halves;
  • Canned pineapple rings - 2 pcs.;
  • Hard cheese(Russian) - 50 g;
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • Ground pepper;
  • Salt.

Cooking time: 25 minutes.

How to Oven Chicken Chops with Pineapple and Cheese

1. Wash the halves of skinless chicken breasts and wipe them with a paper towel. We lay them down with the side on which the skin was, and carefully trim the thick fleshy parts with a sharp knife. This opens up the thick fillet parts and when beating, the meat will be the same thickness.

2. Sprinkle the prepared halves with salt, ground pepper, transfer one by one to the board, cover with a plastic bag or a piece cling film and we beat off well.

3. We send chicken chops in hot oil and fry on high temperature for 2-3 minutes. Do not fry too much, otherwise the white meat will dry out. We put the oven at 220 degrees.

4. Turn over to the other side and cook for another 2 minutes. The chopped fillet will take 5 minutes to fully cook and remain juicy.

5. Transfer the fried halves to baking paper or foil.

6. Place the canned pineapple rings on top.

7. Coarsely grate the hard cheese, sprinkle on the rings and open fillets. We put in the oven for 10-12 minutes. The cheese should melt and cover with a brown, aromatic crust.

8. Take out the delicious delicate Hawaiian pineapple chops, put them on a plate with bright lettuce leaves and immediately serve with your favorite side dish (boiled rice, mashed potatoes are perfect) and light vegetable salads.

Cooking tips:

  • Chicken with pineapple will turn out to be even more flavorful if the fillet is supplemented with dried herbs. Basil, thyme, marjoram, rosemary, or oregano work well.
  • You can use any hard cheese to taste or replace it with Mozzarella or Suluguni cheeses (melts perfectly).
  • Canned pineapple rings can be replaced with fresh ones. Peel the fresh fruit, cut into slices and cut out the core.
