Today my recipe will be, so to speak, in an oriental style, but adapted to European cuisine in terms of the availability of ingredients, as well as to European taste.
For cooking, you need a minimum set of products; you can buy this in any supermarket. And I'll tell you a secret, the turkey in this recipe can be replaced with fillet almost without loss chicken breast... But if you prefer meat that is more fibrous, then of course take the turkey.

Cut the turkey meat into small pieces. The size should be such that one piece is for one bite.


We spread the meat in a frying pan poured over with vegetable oil and quickly fry so that the meat turns white. Stirring over high heat, it will take no more than five minutes.


We cut fresh garlic, not shallow.


Add it to the meat, salt it right there.


Stir and add soy sauce


Next, reduce the heat under the pan, cover the turkey in soy sauce lid and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes. The meat should not begin to fry, if the sauce evaporates quickly, then you can add a little water.


While the meat is cooking until golden brown, fry one tablespoon of white sesame seeds.


Add frozen meat to almost finished meat green beans... you do not need to completely defrost it beforehand.


Cook over medium heat, covered, stirring occasionally.

Despite the subtle taste of British food (or perhaps because of it), it is very well suited for daily use: traditional english dishes- simple, satisfying and not boring. Roast beef with bread or fish and chips can be eaten for months (however, to replenish the vitamin balance, you need - like Lord Palmerston - eat at least one orange daily). Stewed turkey fillet with carrots and green beans is also from this series (also with vitamins): it seems nothing special, but you can eat it every day.

The dish is simple. Ingredients - a little:

  • turkey fillet - one and a half kilograms
  • carrots - 400-500 grams; these are two rather large carrots
  • about half a kilogram of green green beans (you can have a pack of frozen ones)
  • medium onion
  • three to four tablespoons of flour
  • salt (about three teaspoons for my taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 30 grams of butter
  • a tablespoon of refined sunflower or corn oil

In fact, there may be a little more or a little less vegetables - this will not affect the result.

Cooking stewed turkey fillet with carrots and green beans

  1. Grate the turkey fillet with two teaspoons of salt and ground black pepper; then roll well in flour.
  2. Cut carrots into thin rings, onions into small cubes; put everything in a separate bowl.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan over medium heat and melt the butter in it.
  4. Fry the turkey fillet in oil - so that it is browned on both sides; it's about 7-10 minutes per side.
  5. Pour onions, carrots and green beans into a saucepan. Season with the remaining salt (teaspoon). Reduce heat to very low, cover and simmer for three to four hours. Look into the pot every half hour, check the liquid level, and turn the turkey fillets. Ideally, it should be stewed in own juice, but if the liquid evaporates too quickly, you can add water.
  6. Add a pinch of black pepper and simmer for another five minutes. Remove the turkey fillet, transfer to a platter, cut into slices, spread the vegetables around and pour over the sauce. Wait ten minutes and start dividing.

Eat delicious with rice, boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes... It tastes best when it's hot; but it is well worth it in the refrigerator - and it will also be delicious when heated.

How to cook:

  1. Cut the fillet into medium bars, fry in vegetable oil, transfer to a stewing container.
  2. Cut the onions into thin slices, the tomatoes into small slices, finely chop the herbs and garlic, add the boiled beans. Fry all this for 5 minutes.
  3. Put the fried vegetables to the meat, pour in a little water, simmer for 12-16 minutes.

The dish can be served alone or with a side dish.

Green beans with turkey and cream

Ingredients:

  • Turkey fillet - 550 gr.
  • Pods - 430 gr.
  • Onions - 3 pcs.
  • Cream - 200 ml.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sunflower oil - 35 ml.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the onion into wedges and fry in oil until soft.
