The establishment earned on the site of the cafe-soup "First!", Whose owner was Alexander. According to him, they did not guess with a narrow format: the day of soups came there too many people, and in the evening - too little, so they decided to change the concept. The idea of \u200b\u200bopening a gastropab came up with Katya, the room was redesigned in two weeks. Cafe is small and designed for about 30 people. Instead of the shelves on the walls hanging boxes from under wine, and in the center of the hall there is a large table for ten people with a massive tabletop of wood.




Katya Plotnikova is responsible for the kitchen (as well as the executive director of the Gastronomic Festival OmniVore Moscow), and this is its first job as a chef. "Risk, because to prepare at home in the kitchen and professionally in the restaurant - completely different things, but we believed each other," says Alexander. Kate helps Su-Chef and several linear chefs. Su-chef, by the way, before was a brigadier in the Ragout kitchen.

Kitchen in Moments mixed: there is, for example, Israeli and Scandinavian dishes. In the chakshuk menu (200 rubles), pate from the liver chicken with nutmeg wine (250 rubles), tartar from beef tenderloin with egg-mustard sauce and red currant (450 rubles), "Lebanese Salad" with cucumber, cheese, grenade, almond and sumat (300 rubles), "Scandinavian baked potatoes" with shrimp salad (250 rubles) and Salt Sandwich on Danish manner (150 rubles).

The bar in the cafe is seriously engaged: in response for all cocktails, Mikhail Slatov, who used to be in the "Protein" bar. But more accent is still done on wine. Prices for the glass begins from 190 rubles.

Breakfasts in Moments are served on weekdays from 9:00, on weekends from 11:00. Lunches for 350 rubles from 12:00 to 16:00.

Part of the dishes in the menu is complemented by names and cities of their authors. These are recipes brought from trips from some distant restaurants in Israel-Denmark somewhere.

A lot in the "moments" coincided with my sense of excellent (and this is a cooler of any individual dish).
