To prepare a dish we need:


Chicken fillet - 400 g

Egg - 1 pc.

2) Now I take two plates. I break an egg into one and mix the yolk with the protein until a uniform mass. I pour one part of the contents of the package, which is intended for chicken, into another plate. And now I dip the pieces first into an egg, then into bread crumbs. Roll the pieces on both sides.



* Bread crumbs I didn't have enough for all the pieces. So I rolled the rest of the pieces in flour. In this case, I greased the baking sheet with oil.


For this, if you decide to buy such a seasoning, it is better to take two packages at once.

3) Place the nuggets on a baking sheet. You do not need to grease the baking sheet with oil, otherwise you will not get a crispy crust. In a preheated oven to 200 degrees, you need to bake nuggets for 25-30 minutes. After 15 minutes, I checked the nuggets and turn them over at the same time. To get a golden crust on both sides.

To do this, add 4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise to a bowl.
